Tr1umph + ArA

Since Tr1umph contains calories (mostly fat and 1g carbs), and since ArA is best taken fasted BUT at the same time it helps emulsify ArA, how should they be dosed? Pre-workout together, or Tr1umph pre-workout and ArA after warming up?

Okay, no biggie! Didn't know if the calories negated any of ArA's effects.

How about this question: if taking a large carby pre-workout meal about 2 hours before lifting, is it still fine to dose ArA + Tr1umph pre-workout, or would it be best to dose them after warming up a bit in the weight room?
 
Take them both together, assuming pre workout :)

This! I hardly ever take my ArA on an empty stomach because I am not about to plan my diet around my supplements. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.

OP you will be fine, plus most of the cals in Tr1umph comes from PA which people usually take with ArA anyways.

In summary, the 2 supps are a perfect combo :)

This pretty much sums it up.
 
fast vs non-fasted will make a minimal difference. Any fats that emulsify the ArA will have calories too so don't worry about it!

How long after pre workout meal?

Just take it 30-45 mins pre workout. Some people take it intra workout if they eat before their workout. That is too complicated to me so I just keep it simple and take it 30 mins pre workout regardless of my meal schedule.

I'm on day 5 of this stack (Ep1c as well) and the DOMs are pretty intense. I've done two leg days with those five, and I'm definitely feeling it

I'm on a diet in reverse, and in early September ARA + Tr1umph! I'll be over on my calories TDEE!

Great supps for a reverse diet. Definitely going to help you keep the fat off while you ramp up your cals.
