Torn Pec, HELP!!

Glad you think so, cause that's what I decided to do. Pumbertot seems to agree as well. I scheduled the surgery for this thursday, I'll be sure to let you know how it goes. Hopefully they'll be right about the tendon not being fully ruptured.

it will go well. as i said int he email, when they make the incision they should look at the tendon. scans are not 100% accurate, so they will fix what is needed, tendon included. maybe suggest to the surgeon you would like him to check on the tendon, depending on his level of experience he might not automatically do so. Leave nothing to chance in my experience. ;)

Here we go, I'm in the "no eating or drinking zone" before surgery. The time is now 1:15 AM, & I'm due at the hospital in eight hours to get sliced and diced. I'll let everyone know how it's hangin' (hopefully not literally) later on when I'm back in the comfort of my own home. Time to catch some Z's.

Gentlemen, it has been done. The surgery went well, all is connected where it should be, & it's only a matter of time before my body mends itself. The doctor said I will be in the sling for app. six weeks, and should be able to get my stitches out in two or three (I think, I was pretty heavily drugged at the time). IGF will be started today. I still have some quality ghrp-6 + cjc on the way, thanks to some trustworthy friends, that I will incorporate best I can. With Dat's new research on overstimulating the pituitary gland with the ghrp + cjc, what I might do is maintain high doses for 4-6 weeks and then bring the dosage down to "maintenance", then throw some synthetic gh in the mix that I can inject into the site of the injury itself. Following 4-6 weeks of that I will bring back the ghrp+cjc back to dosing similar to Pumbertot's "rocket fuel" scheme (just sounds cool doesn't it?) to bring back natural gh production and help maintain overall body mass considering otherwise I will endure massive hypertrophy. Bear in mind that even when I plan to come down from the synthetic gh, I won't necessarily cut it off completely, merely lower the dosage so I can still gain from some of it's local healing properties.

First 4-6 weeks:

cjc 100 mcgs + ghrp at 300 mcgs 3x per day
igf 40 mcgs EOD

4-6 weeks following:

GH 4-5 IU daily
cjc 50 mcgs + ghrp 100 mcgs 3x daily
Slin 6-8 iu EOD (still have to find correct dose as ghrp will have blood suga lowering effects of its own)

Remainder of supplies:
Continue with plan for first 4-6 weeks but add in a low dose of gh which will be pinned directly into the site of injury.

Pum, I've to hand it to you, man. Not using the pain medication? I felt like my arm was going to fall off this morning, if fact, that probably would have been an upgrade. lol The surgery hurts way more than the injury itself ever did.

Now, who wants to go do some calves? Oo, I do I do!

ive always believed in "no pain, no gain". yeah im a tough bastard with a high pain threshold, thats just me. :p

im glad its all done now. i would say start hitting it with the synthetic gh into the site along with the igf right away. they will complement each other. split the igf into 2 injections 8-12 hours apart. also add 4iu slin each time for its healing properties. its now in the 1st 4 weeks you want to maximise the collagen synthesis as this is when the strength of the new bond(scar) will be determined. if you have some oxandrolone, deca or Eq(boldenone) now is the time to use it too.
did you grab some of those supplements i advised? id defo get that gelatine, grapeseed extract, cissus,AAKG and lots of vit C at the very least. wont be long before you have the cjc+ghrp6 so start them when they arrive. like i said we want maximum healing NOW.

I'd say well. I've been hitting the peptides pretty heavy, cjc 100 mcg + ghrp 300 mcg 3x daily, igf + slin EOD directly into the site of injury. So go so far. Atrophy hasn't really begun to a problem just yet, I'm trying to stay ahead of the game as much as possible. If anything I've actually begun to gain a little weight, however no sign of increase in BF? ROM however is coming back quite well, I cannot complain about that. Also, my stitches this thursday which will be nice.

you mean atrophy. :p
and this will never be a problem, you will only experience a litte of this at around weeks 5-8 and it will reverse quickly. mine has pretty much all reversed some 5.5 weeks out of the sling.

yep coming along just as expected, good old rocket fuel eh? ;)

WOW, I cannot believe I said that. Serves me right for always being on the run. Thanks for catching it.

Hey Pum, this may sound crazy, but is it possible that only being on rocket fuel for about a week, & igf for about two could actually be causing growth already? I'm inexplainably gaining weight right now, and it's definitely not fat, and if it is it's a very small part of it.

Whatever's going on, I like where it's going!
