Toremifene powder mix with water?

Hi,

I received today 2grams of Toremifene Citrate powder, but I do not have a scale to measure the exact doses.
Can I mix it with water or bacteriostatic water in order to make a solution?
 
mix it with high proof alcohol to make a solution. What is your entire PCT?
 
Just toremifene citrate. I decided to acquire a scale instead of making a solution, it will be useful in the future.
 
Def. a better idea.
