topical forskolin darkening skin hair?

on another forum I've read that forskolin has already been succesful in darkening people's skin and hair. I just would to know if anyone knew how to put it in a bottle of what the best formula is to create it?

it is supposed to work on melanocytes, so the darkening comes from within
