There is a thread about it.

There was a product listed in the UK, and it listed the amount of -epi in it. It's a recent thread, shouldn't take much effort to find. However, I could be reading it wrong, and it may be a smaller dose of -epi :/

Yeah, that's not 250mg -epi per 500mg. It's 250mg, or 50% total polyphenols, per 500mg. That's including EGCG and other polyphenols. That's a very common extract, and is not anywhere near 50% -epi that you're looking for.

I mean, even if it was 50-75mg -epi the cost for 9 months is the same as 1 bottle of current brands in which most don't even state the amount of -epi.

Studies showed 100mg -epi? So let's assume that.

Its still a dirt cheap compound, 1 tablet a day a host of benefits.

Where do you get 50-75mg from? I can look into typical values more, but I don't see where you're making the assumption of >10% -epi from. I also wouldn't mega-dose green tea extract as a way to get high doses of -epi. Yeah, the green tea extract has some benefits and useful polyphenols like EGCG, but I wouldn't bank in it providing sufficient/high quantities of -epi. Also, -epi is much better with absorption enhancers, which some newer -epi products have, and some products with -epi and absorption enhancers also have other beneficial ingredients.

Basically, green tea extract is cheap and has its benefits, but I wouldn't count on it providing a "full" dose of -epi, and there are some products with -epi that are a lot more than just -epi as well, so it's not really accurate to say you don't ever need an -epi supplement because you can use a generic green tea extract.

Just a guess, I'd be curious to know?

I'm not convinced half the absorption formulas used are actually that beneficial.
It seems every single company has a totally different absorbion panel. :/

Try 8 weeks of fd2 and see if you don't notice the absorption enhancers. Yes it's pricey but after using on 2 separate occasions it's now a staple for me.

Taking it without food or outside of ~2 hours of eating?

Tolerance to tyrosine is known to happen and a very short break can help. As little as taking the weekends off can benefit.

I have yes. Tolerance after 1 dose though??
 
I take regularly Tyrosine before workout at around 3g. I don't have the impression that I built up a tolerance with regard to it.

I have, and I've used other companies products.

I really saw no extra benefits from FD2 than other -epi products. I thought it gave me mad endurance but 4-5 weeks after I finished I'm still doing an insane amount of volume.


Ep1c TD provided better fat loss, and the libido boost I felt from FD2 is the exact same I got from bulk EC extract I bought down here in Australia.

Sorry, it's a good product but it's not worth the coin. I enjoyed the run tho.

I'm not hating on it, just my personal opinion/experience.

But surely many, and I also add, we forget how important it is to keep the intestines healthy.
So do you mind, the enzymes? To make an example ... the probiotics? ...

You really should qoute who you are talking to. As that makes no sense, at least to me, at the moment

I forgot about enzymes but totally agree...as you get older, body loses ability to produce enough enzymes..hence digestion issues in older people..I would think an older lifter needs supplemental enzymes just to make sure your body is assimilating all nutrients
 
Nicotine gum.
Besides adderal(never will use again), it's the closest thing that has helped with focus, appetite, smooth energy.
Super cheap and safe if you use it right.

Wouldn't​ say it's super cheap but other than that I agree. Although it should not be used habitual, rather used strategically. As nicotine inhibits bmps which is very important for muscle growth.

plethora of uses... i use it preworkout for pump.... prior to large carb meals as a GDA... and also prior to sleeping as i wake up in the morning pumped up and i think there are some studies on it aiding with gh release at night
 
What's rationale for Europe banning agmatine?..
