TOP PRE WORKOUTS AND GAINS

i could be completely wrong but i look at preworkouts more for how they could actually increase the workout itself...energy, focus, pumps...whatever it may be

conquer gives me good energy, focus, and the pumps aren't bad either....they make the workout more enjoyable, allows me to go further into my workout without getting tired

but dude after your other posts today, you need to really get ur diet in check and then train hard, again if your anywhere close to 9500 calories or whatever, you need to see a dr as to why ur not growing....to think a preworkout is going to lead to "dem gainz", your mistaken
 
Pre-workouts dont give gains at all
That is a caloric surplus

Hemavol, high Volume --> Non Stim
 
NO C4? CONCRET? JACKED?

I didnt like any of those. C4 is too expensive, concret is just expensive creatine; jack3d was the best but DMAA didnt sit well with me. Havent tried reformulated versions
 
What are you looking for in your PWO? Or are you just looking for people to list products like the other threads?

Wish I had a little of your tolerance. Took me forever to finally handle 150mg of caffeine and even then it might be too much for me.

I'm with you...so far the only thing that really gets me going (alert/focus/energy) is a very strong cup of coffee.
I tried Bull Nox, but nothing there other than some jitters, same for Jacked....still on the hunt though.

I used to have a pretty decent tolerance (not so much anymore since I've eliminated most stimulants).
That being said, have you given STIMUL8 a run? Even for stim-junkies, it's pretty potent.

I wouldnt really expect a ton of gains from a preWO, but do expect increase energy, pumps and perhaps slight strength increases with just about any well formulated preWO product.
 
No pre workout will "give" you gains. Gains come via a combination of progressive resistance overload and a calorie surplus. That being said the pre workout I have found to help enhance my training the most has been uncut thus far

At 17 we cant really recommend you a pre but also it seems like your reasoning to use one is wrong.
Eat, sleep and utilise a good program and you will grow; no supplement will do that for you. A pre is worthwhile for those who need a pick me up after a hard day working, studying or whatnot to get them in the zone for the workout ahead -- but it will not do.the work for you.

Lol Try to find the og Hyde formula. If you take the full dose I bet you will wish you didn't. Dexaprine at 1 Pill or stimul8 at a full dose will probably be to much for you. Also wait until your 18th bday because products are not recommended for minors.

I agree here-- I drink a cup of coffee and bcaas during .. All personal preference I've tried and enjoyed the old no explode, assault , amino energy .. All depends on your budget . Food before supplements always
 
Save your money, spend it on cheeseburgers, go move heavy objects around.

Gains only come from a caloric surplus and work, not some tasty magical powder. Once you hit a wall, then consider a pre to get a few more reps or a few more pounds in here and there.

Does anyone use alphamine as a pre-workout? I already own alphamine, but would I be better off buying something to complement it? I.e. something with beta alanine, other stimulants etc?
I'm using just alphamine (1.5-2 scoops) at the moment for pre-workout and initially it was pretty good but after 2 weeks I'm not really noticing its stimulant effects anymore

Alphamine is great pre-workout, Norcodrene has a lot going for it when taken pre-workout and us worth considering.
Personally I added bulk products for more workout-specific effects to Alphamine such as Citrulline, Agmatine, GMS, etc. or a non-stim preworkout like High Volume

as for op: I think majority of folks have covered things in here
problem is (and take no offense here), ignorance ie lack of education always increases likelihood of falling for the advertising hype
this seems to be especially prevalent with the younger crowd, and narrowing that further, teens
hopefully you will learn one day that, FOOD and proper training are the building blocks of muscle, period
it's not sexy, it's not glamorous (ie it's not marketable advertising), but it is the REALITY
 
The difference between a 3/4 scoop and full scoop of stimul8 was big. 3/4 felt great, 1 scoop was a little too much. Its the strongest I've tried with dexaprine being up there. Game day, prodigy, stimul8, condense are my current favorites out of the ones I've tried.
 
Preworkouts don't give me gains, food however does (not saying I don't love me some preworkouts just I view them more as an energy supplement). On another note just took 2.5 scoops of razonade evol (delicious BTW) and am bout to go chase them gains

mesomorph gave me the most energy-I was wired! but I'm pretty sure they discontinued it. I pretty much use jacked now but it's not nearly as good

It isn't novel, these type of pre workouts have been around forever.

like the general public at large doesn't already have enough misconceptions about the supplement industry..

as for your question "who takes only 1 serving of their pre?"
uhh, well we at FINAFLEX only create preworkouts with 1 serving needed -- the way it shoud be, imo
and truth be told, Stimul8 @1 scoop is too much for most to handle!

I agree on the stimul8. Company reps are nice too. Sent me some samples. Stimul8 works as advertised. Strong as **** at full dose.
