Too much energy? What to do?

OK so I'm taking

x-tren- 50mg
h-drol- 75mg
ephburn25- 50mg 2 days on one day off
fish oil
taurine
multivitamin
tribulus- 750mg
cycle assist

I work out cardio an hour in the morning and lift an hour in the evening 6 days a week.

I still have quite a bit of energy left would it be over-training to increase cardio 15-30 min and add a set to each of my lifts?
 
Re-evaluate your supplementation and possibly lower some of the ones that give you enegy. Remember, just because you leave the gym will tons of energy doesn't mean you didn't get a good session in. Always keep that in mind.
 
That is good for relaxation as well. However, personally I like for it to be consensual. Remember, we are here to give good advices and should never assume that anything has already been considered.
 
OK well it says take 2 a day.

Think it would be better if i took one at 8 and than another at 1-2 instead of like 6?
