Do you mean that taking 3 times the recommended dose was a mistake? Lol lol lol!
Didn't have any side effects though, just increased strength and recovery? Would do it again! But again I'm a little bit nuts plus my training regimen might have turned my buddy to a "garbage can" in a good way.
Squatting and Olympic weightlifting plus metabolic conditioning work 6 times a week @ 38 years old, might have something to do with the ability of my body to absorb and actually NEED this extra boost!
Don't know guys, no side effect for me, not even extra "bathroom visits"
