free radicals come from cardiac respiration, so we're all going to die sooner or later. you'll be hard-pressed to find such a potent antioxidant that is effective to work at the cellular level, particularly effecting the mitochondrion.
 
Idebenone and SOD are a couple.
 
OP to your original question regarding toxicity, I would only be concerned about the potential heavy metal contamination (for starters) in some supps, especially herbals. Many of these ingredients originate in countries where pollution and contamination are endemic to the soil or storage of said compounds. Not to mention the potential pesticide contamination. Thus, I'd worry more about brain health than liver and kidneys. As a rule, the liver can recover and you have two kidneys.

I'm wandering through some old-ish threads here.

Too many supplements? I reckon the easiest way to answer to this is: are you actually growing or cutting or achieving whatever your goals are? Or perhaps more accurately, are you achieving goals that you would consider commensurate with the amount of supps you're taking?

If not, then you're taking too many supplements.
