I have not posted any info on here for a while, training has been going great for me and Tony, he has gained around a stone or 14 lbs this year and is stronger, my strength has also increased and i have been having great workouts again, i have started a new cutting diet from Monday 30th December and will aim to keep it to 4 weeks before any carb up, i also have ordered MK677 to add in along with SR9009 and GW which i will use to aid with fat loss process, i have never used SR so i will update on how it works with my body, i also have ordered MK from a much better supplier / website than before so it should have more of an effect this time around compared to the other DNA Anabolics and Focused Nutrition Versions.
