That's a big jump! What was your pct that helped with your nips? Trest flared mine hard as well, running Ralox in my off time now to get the small lumps gone. Need to plan to accommodate for it next time.
I'm just running nolva & clomid, then what ever is in superpct, I can't remember at the moment. I've heard that ralox is best though.
 
Thanks man! I'm down 1lb today, so I have to step up my eating a little. I'm really trying to keep this weight until spring, then add in cardio and 8 weeks of tren!

Thanks man, but I'm down another pound this morning to 203.5. Maybe it's water weight dropping, my calories yesterday were 3874, which is high for me. The day before starting my cycle I was on 2250 cals. I did get a lot of water bloat from this cycle so maybe it's just that coming off.
 
Haha, thanks man! I took the MI40 up to 225 on bench last night, but it felt real heavy, but I'm going to keep pushing it!

Today is leg day for me. I'm not looking forward to it. But, I am looking forward to the gainz!!
 
Your numbers are very strong at that tempo!! Definitely don't sell yourself short!
 
Yeah, Tom, the only numbers that matter are the measurements on your body. Like Gunter once said, "I don't care if I can lift 500lbs, as long as I look like I can lift 500 lbs!"
 
I ate 4200 calories yesterday and my weight is down another .5 lbs! Either my metabolism is really ramped up or I'm losing water weight!

Yesterday was rest day, today is MI40 Shoulders!

Haha, sorry man! Before this bulk cycle I was on 2250 cals for about 8 mos. So when I started the bulk I started upping my calories, which was hard at first, I just wasn't used to eating so much. But it got easier, and trying to keep my gains in PCT the cals are up to 4200 and I'm still getting hungry. I hope it stays this way, I like to eat, lol!
 
Are you just going to run Tren? I liked it a lot better with a little Epi thrown in. What are you going to do for a test base? I know I'm getting a little ahead, but just curious...

I was going to run it solo, I've done epi and tren last spring. I just want to see what it does solo for me. As for a test base, I would like to run one, but would like to try something different than tr3st this time.

Yep I went to a Buffett tonight! My cals without the buffet are 3825, and I ate a lot at the Buffett:steak, mashed potatoes, bbq chicken, yeast rolls, shrimp, bourbon chicken, Brussels sprouts, chocolate pie, blue berry pie, and ice cream! So I don't know how many calories I had. Let's see what I weigh tomorrow!

If you're not at least maintaining weight on that, I'd say you have a tape worm or cancer or something! Man! That's some cal's!!

No sir, I don't want any of that bad stuff! I think it's a ramped up metabolism! Also, my stack was a wet stack, so I think I'm losing water weight.

Did MI40 Quads/Calves, very hard! I really feel like I accomplish something when I do this workout. Come spring I'll have some beast legs!

Loneyboy it was the nolva, but if ralox isn't working then nolva wont you already have it set in... Ralox is stronger than nolva for that.

Your body is in a state of shock due to the drop in androgens and the cortisol is climbing out of control i am sure. Week 2-4 is when people lose the most in a PCT and it is all from cortisol getting too high and chomping on muscle like Pac-Man!!!

Yesterday weight was down to 201lbs despite eating 4700 cals the day before, but I took MrKleen73 advice and added in 1g vitamin C 3 times a day. Today weight is back up 204.2, but partially from Sunday junk food day! The rest of the week will show more.

Last night was Day 16 of MI40 Shoulders/Triceps, they were both thoroughly on fire and burning!

Weight is back up to 205lbs, I think the vitamin c did the trick! I hit Day 17 of MI40 last night, Back/Hams!

Vitamin C and that L Glutamine, make sure you take em! Haha.
 
Abliderate is awesome for controlling cortisol too. A bit more expensive but it also lowers it enough you don't tend to store as much belly fat when eating high calories to keep weight up. Most people use it for cutting though.
