This is how I do my breakfast ever since I listen to BPak about 8 mos ago. It feels like I have control over my diet when I skip carbs in the morning.

I also try to eat this way.Yes you could be producing too much insulin which can clear your blood sugar very quickly after a spike. The protein and fats only breakfast is the way to go for sure! I like to avoid carbs most days all the way up into the afternoon or evening. Here is an awesome podcast you all should check out with Ben Pakulski interviewing John Kiefer who wrote Carb Back Loading. There is so much data regarding avoiding carbs in the mornings not just from these guys. It is definitely worth checking out in detail.

Thanks brother! When I used to do back/bicep days I would do weighted chin ups, but can't do weighted wide grip pull ups yet. A couple weeks before I started my cycle I tried wide grip pull ups with my legs straight out in front. Now that is s great exercise for sure, it puts a different angle on the back and hits the abs. I was so sore, I just don't have a set up for that at home. My pull up tower won't allow my legs to go straight out.Nice! That looks like it should have your chest and back nice and sore for you tomorrow. I love doing a bunch of sets of pullups. Best way to hit the whole back and get that nice wide look. Great job on the chest too!

I have one of those dip pull up towers, if I turn around facing out my back hits the tower. Next month I'm going to buy a power rack then I'll be good to go!Put some of your weights on the rear supports, or turn around and face out...

Actually yes, recovery is better. Normally I would be super sore today from Saturday chest and back, but I'm not the slightest bit sore. Haha, I had to replace the leg padding on the leg extension. The old pads are filled with horse hair, not very soft, was really digging in to my shins!Hey! That looks like the "new" equipment at my gym! Lol

Yeah they work pretty well! When I first got them last year I almost hyper extended my knee because when doing the leg curl the weights went up but got stuck up, then came slamming down on their own. Needless to say I oiled them up real quick!Horse hair?? That's hilarious! But, it probably lasted a lot longer than the foam would have. Those old machines are pretty sweet though. Like my dad always says, "They don't build them like they used too."

4 caps should be plenty just for the Sten.I think I'll leave it as is at 4 caps a day, and up the Tr3st again in a week.

Sten is really subtle and you don't see many sides with it at all. But you will get progressively stronger each day, it sneaks up. Don't have any experience with the drol. Everyone is saying the TR3ST really does well at 125mg. What is your height and weight and how long have you been on cycle again?

Awesome ya'll! One of my goals is to bench 350 by end of the cycle. I'm working chest and back tonight so I'll see if there's and increase from Saturday. Max 315x114 days is about the magic number for most I think. It will happen.

Missed the last 2 days of workouts due to sick kids and mountain of paper work. Hit arms tonight. Didn't notice much in strength gains, just felt slightly stronger. Looking bigger all over and feeling bigger!
