Yeah it would be safer than what I have with no spotter. The safety catches I have, I had a machine shop fabricate them, but I don't know how much they will hold. So far they'll hold 315 haha!I'm looking to buy one or build one next year.

Thanks, they play all over equipment right when I work out, which is a little dangerous, so I have to keep my eye on them a lot. They do get my wife's little DB's and try to mimic me which is always fun.That's awesome!! Love it!! They'll be down there training soon! Wow, I wish I enjoyed it! I didn't get it done yesterday. Came home from work and had to rush out to a family reunion dinner and didn't get home until late. I guess I can add some squats in with my chest and back routine today.I enjoy training legs! My legs were still sore from Tuesday and I trained them again today! I'm sure I won't be able to walk tomorrow or Sunday! Lol

Day 4 Weight 187.8 Calories yesterday 2286 50gF, 167gC, 240gP Didn't get it done yesterday. Didn't eat enough nor did I get my workout in. Today is a new day, will make it happen today! Taking the family Apple picking, hayride, and pumpkin patch, workout when I get home. On tap today is CHEST/BACK ARM FEEDRS and few sets of squats since I didn't get them yesterday!
