Haha, yeah my little girls. My 10yr old did most of them, and the 4yr old did the 1000 rep video.

That's awesome!! Love it!! They'll be down there training soon! I have a feeling my son will be more into training than my daughter! She's 13 and doesn't seem to have much of a desire yet.
 
I'm looking to buy one or build one next year.
Yeah it would be safer than what I have with no spotter. The safety catches I have, I had a machine shop fabricate them, but I don't know how much they will hold. So far they'll hold 315 haha!

Thanks, they play all over equipment right when I work out, which is a little dangerous, so I have to keep my eye on them a lot. They do get my wife's little DB's and try to mimic me which is always fun.

True! She is a sassy little thing too! Maybe when she's older! She's strong! I got her doing pull ups and handstand push-ups!

That's awesome! It definitely does that! My daughter started in gymnastics as well! Girls on team or competitive gymnast are one solid muscle! It's a great sport!

Yeah those are are strong! I was watching the teenage girls climbing the rope with legs straight out in front only using their arms! Amazing!

Happy Day 3 everyone. Feeling really good from the extra calories/carbs. Good mood and overall good feeling. Weight is 189lbs, same as yesterday. Tonight I will hit legs, doing light high rep squats, heavier squats will be monday. I'll throw in some shoulder work tonight as well. Everyone have a great Friday!

I enjoy training legs! My legs were still sore from Tuesday and I trained them again today! I'm sure I won't be able to walk tomorrow or Sunday! Lol

Wow, I wish I enjoyed it! I didn't get it done yesterday. Came home from work and had to rush out to a family reunion dinner and didn't get home until late. I guess I can add some squats in with my chest and back routine today.

I did biceps yesterday ,but think I'll add some bicep feeders to the end of today's shoulder workout. Looks like good stuff and that dude in that videos arms were JACKED!!
