Titan and Hydra Head 6 Stack
I Have been using Titan and HH6 since January (3rd or 4th) until yesterday. (That means about 2 months).
Prior The stack, I dropped all supplements besides HBCD and Peptopro which I use intra/post training.
I really didnt expected much because I have tried PLENTY and I mean PLENTY of supps and there are just couple of compounds/Products that made me stronger and bigger without changing diet or workout routine.
I started With 2 Titan and 4 HH6 and after 1 month I increased to 3 titan and 6 HH6.
After couple of weeks I began to feel stronger. Weights felt lighter and I began to feel more "pumped".
Remember, I didnt changed my workout routine or diet 4 last months prior this stack. I feel my workout routine and diet is not bad at all (ofcourse it could be better but not bad).
1month later:
my friends and even my GF said I looked much bigger and more swolen. I actually could see that my self in the Mirror which was cool
Strength improved week after week and I was really amazed how strong I felt (even those days where I felt ****ty due to lack of appetite and sleep since my father was in the hospital).
after 6 weeks I upped my HH6 dose (from 6 to 8).
So:
after starting this stack from Antaeus Labs I have :
-got stronger. I swear I havent been so strong since 2005/2006.
I am also strong in all sets. Its not like strong in 1-2 first sets but all sets.
-got bigger. Clotches are tighter and even my friends/girlfriend have said I looks more swolen/bigger.
-increased weight! I havent changed diet since
september (not even then because I am eating almost same whole time.in summertime little bit less).
-workouts are piece of cake even sleeping like crap. Even feeling crap prior workouts and thinking (this will be ****ty workout) weights are still feeling light.
Is this placebo? we can never be for sure ofcourse BUT:
I have been lifting (natty) since I was 18 and I am 33 now. never done any PHs,DS or any Steroids. And there are just few compounds which have given me strength and size increase. So, I personaly dont think this is placebo at all.
I also have low T Levels (In january my T Level was just 6.9). So improving size and Strength without changing diet or Workout routine is just fantastic!
I was thinking something...
Tomatidine (found in Titan) and Ursolic Acid (found in HH6) both are ATF4 inhibitors.
ATF4 does increase while we get older and it makes muscles "older".
Whole my Life, I have been struggling to get stronger due to MANY years of severe obstructive sleep apnea. Even after all surgeries, I felt better but my T Levels was destroyed!
I do think So many years With severe sleep apnea has increased ATF4 and made my muscles weaker. So, Tomatidine and UA decreased ATF4 and that explain the strength and size I got from this stack.
This is just my own opinion.
Anyway, I will definitely buy more of this cool stuff and this really worked for me
My Next move is to run 500mg Tomatidine bonded to Shilajit/CD. That will be fun!
wow-fantastic review.....
how is your father doing?
Danes, I am noticing similar things. If you check my log, in a 750 kcal deficit, weights are starting to feel easy when they normally wouldn't at this kind of deficit. Although I am only using HH6 solo
Thanks
He is doing better and better. Thank you!
2 weeks ago he was dying but now things are better![]()
where/when will this be available... Antaeus I assume?
your dad is a strong man, he WILL survive!!!
Yes, Jake was talking about a limited run where some of us were going to try it for him. I asked to be part of that experiment![]()
gah... would love to grab some... hopefully this gets a release/I can buy...
He definitely is. I said to him he need to get well so he can go fishing again. I need fish![]()
you need to teach him to hunt....red meat!!!
I am sure this thread will become as long as the 'im on PA thread'. Hope it doesnt conclude in the same fashion.
At least PA was cheap!
Haha yes, red meat=king

How many caps per day of HH6?
Standard dosage.

Interesting hypothesis regarding ATF4 inhibition and aging. LIke you, (well, not like you...you are a young buck to me), I'm in the "older" category....51. And this hypothesis might hold some real water because though I am standard dosages (2 Titan, 4 HH6), I noticed significant fullness and strength as well, but I had attributed this to maybe these supplements helping me get back what I had gained as an unnatural.
I too will be hopefully experimenting with the higher dosage Tomatidine to determine if there is additional significant gains to note. I am very hopeful since your feedback (and others) using higher dosages "seem" to indicate this could be good for me too.
In my case, I am not going to run the 500 mg Tomatidine solo...I'll be running it with HH6 at standard dosage to compare apples to apples with the baseline I feel I have already established with the combo (though at standard dosages).

It would be great to see more logs such as yours which run these 2 products seperately. Kudos.
Whilst there may be synergistic effects we really dont know still for sure which of these two products provides most of the purported effects. The cost of stacking 2 products may be deterring more people from logging the products. This maybe hindering validation / confirmation of reported effects. Your log suggests maybe its the hh6 not tomatidine which shines
This is just speculation of course
I think I'm the one you're talking to here, but that's just an assumption.
And yes, honestly, based on this thread and what I'm using (Standard dosage HH6), I can't say if Tomatidine is doing anything (but I am not using it so I don't know). Since HH6 is treating me so well, I don't think I'll ever cut without it ever again. It's a bold statement, but it's pretty good stuff.
I would love to double dose HH6 for a dosage of 8 caps. That might be great, but definitely not cost effective....
Thanks. Yes it was you i meant to quote! I vaguely remember seeing something about ursolic acid reducing testosterone levels. Have you any take on this?
I haven't started yet. Hopefully I receive tonight and will start when I get home after work.It would be great to see more logs such as yours which run these 2 products seperately. Kudos.

LOL..you are awesome Danes.
So refreshing to find serious posters on bodybuilding sites these days.
We need better metrics guys. Anyone using a tape measure along with a scale? Smaller circles around the belly button and/or bigger circles around the Quads/Chest/Arms (please try to keep your water/sodium/potassium the same during testing) - plus what's happening on the scale, would be a big help. How about some detailed Max's? It doesn't even have to be 1RM - do an 8RM Max test every few weeks. Or do a Rep Max test - "two weeks ago with 185 I got 8 reps, this week I got 11 reps" - *that* would be impressive. If you can't write it down on a piece of paper (ie. a number for something) - not a lot of weight (pun intended) behind it![]()
Example. I used to Train With 88lbs dumbbells my chest. (max 10 reps). Now I am working out With 114lbs 8-9 reps. 114lbs feels like 88lbs before.
Shoulder press has also improved very Nice, biceps is stronger, my legs +++.
Well I cant say I am impressed of the new PA study. The training volume is ridiculous low (low set). It's a 3 days a week training schedule using something that upregulates mTOR for which results are not going to be all the acute in the first place. Useless other than pointing out that recreationally training people will not benefit from it.I definitely dont buy Wilson studies either but I do believe PA actually works and PA is one of the few compounds that worked for pretty many people

So Flat(?) Bench Press with 40kg for 10 reps, has increased to 52kg for 8 - 9 reps? What was the time frame between those? (we need to cancel out "natural progression" as best we can). And can you go back to 40kg and see what your max reps are? We need to keep *something* constantYes, please weigh and measure, that would add more validity.
Edit: Was that 40kg for 10 in August/Sept? If so, do you attribute going up 12kg (with possibly 2 reps short - could be 48-50kg for 10 reps) in 5.5 months to the supplement, or food/rest/programming?
On mobile, so a little short this will be (Yoda). That's cool guys, I wasn't calling anyone a,liar or shill or whatever. But I know from experience that without detailed tracking of actual numbers - a lot of other things that could be the cause for improvement - can be attributed to a supplement.
I mean go back 2 months before starting it and post the weight used for the 8-12 range. Then post the same for right when you started, and finally - what that weight is right now. That's not difficult (we as writing everything down, right ? This will help remove natural progression at least, assuming isocaloric conditions.
Better measuring would help others make a decision. I too would prefer healthy natural things, over less healthy chemicals

If you could try it, your opinion would be of great value! Few people can/want to measure things with such detail. On mobile, so a little short this will be (Yoda). For a normal guy, increasing from 40kg to 52kg after 4-5months is nothing wow actually but for me , it is big.
Bro that relative increase is huge, 12kg per db? Lol Id be happy with that running AAS.
uncle danes is being modest!!!
trust me, he is thrilled with results...ALMOST has me convinced to try it, lol.
I know, just the price holding me back from going all in.
