so i took my dose of yok3d, and was waiting for my creatine nitrate to come in the mail. It is now i here im about to take it, but it also came with meso sample will this be to much nitrate to take the meso with it right now ?

you should be fine, from what i read yoked is pretty mild.

I have taken up to 2 grams of nitrates and felt fine. Any more I think would be a waste of money and become less effective any how.

Anyone know how long Nitrates are active? I'm asking because, lets say, I wanna use some Cialis. How long would I have to cease use of of the nitrate product so as to avoid the negative effects?

The half life is surprisingly long, as I found out when I over-dosed NaNO3 and didn't stop throwing up and feeling awful for hours. Coop said it was about 8 hours.

I have taken nitrates with Cialis.. didn't notice any difference except better secksy endurance.
