To anyone who has taken superdrol

Im planning a superdrol cycle in the middle of July and want to know how this diet plan looks. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated! I want to gain as much as possible! Oh, my stats are 6'1" 175, 23yrs old

Looks good to me.

Since you are only 175, please don't overdo the SD. I am a huge fan of the 3 week @ 10mg cycle. My two 3 week @ 10mg cycles gave me over 10lbs gains AFTER pct (something like 12lbs the first and about 15lbs the second).

You get great gains and very little sides. Don't make the mistake of doing a 4 week cycle at 20/20/30/40 or anything crazy like that.

and pardon my saying so, but anyone who asks about "diet whilst on superdrol" probably doesnt have their "everyday" diet down, in my opinion, and THAT's what's going to provide gains long after the cycle is over

(that said, the diet you laid out looks OK to me. meal 4 is weak and out of whack from a macro standpoint...and you could probably drop the PB overall in favor of something a little cleaner...but overall you'll gain plenty.)

funny, I was going to suggest splitting the bread up and him taking in more PB :) so long as its all natural PB with no sugar added, its good. I use PowerPB which is kind of pricey, but has added flax + protein.

You don't mention other support supplements, i'm hoping fish oil is in there

Your diet plan consists of nearly 4000 calories. For a person 175lb that is 22x's your body weight in calories. Depending upon you metabolism I suspect it will be a nice recipe for fatness.

The reason I ask this is because normally I eat moderately low amounts of carbs throughout the day. Really the only time I eat carbs is in the morning and after workout. So after reading a lot about the need for a good amount of carbs I just wanted to see if I was close or not. But thanks for the help, I'll look into switching some things up in meal 4

Well it is entirely dependent upon your maintenance calories. If you are going into this blindly as far as calories go I cannot predict what your outcome will be. You could easily get aways with 300-500 calories over maintenance from carbs. Unless you have a long running diet journal and your response to calorie adjustments you are shooting in the dark. Of course more calories will provide for more weight and if weight is what you want go for it. Many talk about how they gained 20lbs in 3 weeks and kept 16-18lbs after PCT. 20lbs of what? You can kept fat weight just as easily if not easier during and after PCT. No one is gaining 20lbs of pure LBM in three weeks. Trust me.

ya, my sdrol is 12mg/pill so i'm doing 12-12-12, Ive got AI Cycle support to run during cycle and pct, Fish oil, multi, and liquid nolva for pct

451 x 4 = 1804
106 x 9 = 954

1284 + 1804 + 954 = 4042 calories

Apart from that diet looks good, maybe even could reduce calories a bit at your weight IMO, as you may end up putting on a bit of fat as well like this. Good luck and if its your first time with SD run 10/10/10 as the others have said
 
I've got Oxevol, i bought it over a year ago and waited until now to take it, wanted to make sure I had a good solid understanding first. My maintenance calaries are 2800cals
 
Alright did some tweaking and am going to be eating around 500cals over maintenance. This is just a starting point i will use the mirror/scale to make adjustments throughout.

here's the breakdown:

Protein-1000cals
Carbs-1464cals
Fats-864cals
Total-3328

Spot on!!!! I did a 3 weeker at 10 mg and put on 12lb too, and no sides, but my intake was 7000 calories a day!! REMEMBER SUPERDROL LOVES COMPLEX CARBS!! Make sure you eat lots of oats.
