PES should add something along the lines of "Reduced feelings of guilt caused by dirty calories and/or cheat meals" as one of the benefits/effects of AnaBeta! This will seal the deal if all of the other benefits don't entice the prospective customer to give AB a try. LOL

I agreeIt can be one more profit and also I did detect a number of shrinking yet nothing that could result in almost any difficulty available for you. Almost nothing next to since hard with joint parts being a solution including EPRO yet Which i run an item including excellent cissus only incase.

In that case, after using both supplements, I would say Anabeta Elite would be better for recomp over Erase Pro.

Well hello everyone! Long time no see. Used to be kinda active here but then had too much work going on and had to step away for a good 4 months, which also led me to not be as active as I would have hoped to, which therefore made me gain a few lbs that now I have to get rid of...
So for starters: the goal is to cut the fat, without losing too much muscle - aren't we all?. 6'4'', 235lbs, about 19% of BF now. Looking to get to the 11% mark by february or so.
The background: I follow the Leangains approach, eat between 1PM and 7PM, fast the rest of the day. My maintenance is around 3700 calories a day, so I go 3200 on cardio days, 3800 on workout days. On cardio days, diet consists mostly of fats, proteins, with very little carbs, most coming from nuts and green veggies. Workout days, lean protein, lots of it, veggies, an oat meal in the middle of the day and then dinner loaded with black beans, veggies and lean meat. I have quit drinking for the time being, going to skip the booze during christmas and new years, lord help me.... So the diet is in check.
Workout: I follow a 4 day split Doggcrapp training now. So got my ABC in check. I also do fasted cardio at least 4x a week, loading on BCAAs and Glutamine before and after the workout. The before BCAA is a 4:1:1 split and then a 1:1:1 after, about 4g before, 4g after. Usually a middle of the road resistance on the cardio. Not too light, not too heavy, for about an hour each of those 4x a week in the morning, and then occasionally one after working out, weekends sometimes.
So on to the questions! Since I was slow moving in the gym for the last 4 months, I would take my self-given monthly allowance and stock on some supps since I know it's useless to take them if you're not giving 100% in the gym, I only kept the staples such as fish oil, multi, potassium, etc during that time. So here's where we are now:
-Fish Oil - 2x a day, 10g total
-Multi 1x a day
-Life Support 2x a day
-Glucosamine MSM etc for joints 3x a day
-Potassium 2x a day
-Chromium, ALA and DCP before meals
-Forsokli 95% 2x a day with meals
-BCAA in the morning
-Alphamine: 2 scoops in the morning before fasted cardio, 1 scoop before lunch.
-L-Carnitine: 2g before morning workout. 2g before lunch
-DAA along the Alphamine and BCAA in the morning
-Erase 2x a day
-Bulbine as recommended
-Vitamin C - 4g - 6g a day throughout the day
-ZMA and Melatonin before bed at night
That's me right now. So you see, a little bit of everything to complement my diet and training, help on recovery, etc.
So on to the question (s):
- Any suggestions on changing the pattern which I take my supps? Remove any?
- Anabeta... I have 2 bottles of OG Anabeta and 1 Bottle of Anabeta Elite. Should I pop these bad boys in as well? Keep in mind, cutting, not bulking. Last time I ran AB I was starving all the time, don't know how it is going to fly with Leangains. Also, wasn't sure I would be able to hit my caloric goals while taking it and I really need to cut the fat I got during this time.
Thinking about starting myself a log to keep me going and motivated.

Hey man, sorry to get in on this late. I have logged OG Anabeta twice on this site, both times trying to lose fat while gaining muscle (I guess that would be a recomp and not a cut, but I don't think anyone specifically tries to lose muscle, so most cuts could probably be called recomps anyway, right?). I did not take anything specifically to lose fat on either log, as I am very sensitive to stims. I had great results both times, and there are before/after pics in both logs so you can see for yourself. I wholeheartedly recommend adding in the AB or ABE. I was able to put on muscle, and a lot of strength, all while cutting calories and eating super cleanly. I was also able to eat more carbs than I normally would while cutting calories without paying a price. In fact, I needed to eat them. I have not tried ABE yet (I have a log coming up in the spring, so keep an eye out), but it seems to be tailor-made for what you are doing right now. The only thing to mention is that you NEED to eat after dosing (at least I did). If I didn't have any food and dosed 2 pills, I would start getting cranky and woozy. AB seems to work in combination with carbs and BCAAs, especially leucine (so I guess it feeds off of insulin? PES guys, is this the accepted truth here?). If you are only eating between 1 and 7, maybe dose all of your AB between 12:30 and 8, so it has nutrients to work with. That is just my experience, so gauge yours as you go, but for me, AB worked great even if it would be better-suited for a clean bulk. I just needed to eat enough, and I couldn't take it too late in the day, or I wouldn't be able to sleep. Despite the absence of stims, I got so much energy from AB that I couldn't sleep if I still had it in my system. In conclusion, I say run the ABE as the first choice, and AB as the second. Definitely try one, though. Hope this helps!

I think AB/ABE definitely have some blood sugar type effects. I made this mistake of dosing 2 ABE once pre workout on an empty stomach... halfway through my workout I was seeing stars lol. I came home and raided every sugar filled food in my kitchen.
I gotta dose it before I eat. I dose AB/ABE about 5 minutes before a high carb meal, and almost immediately after I'm finished eating I feel pumped and full (muscularly). The pumps are unbelievable.
I ended up tossing AB OG in there as well, but I don't take it until right before my first meal (~1PM) and then take 2 before working out and then 2 right after, when I'm tossing in the carbs and higher calorie count.
I've done one awesome recomp thus far... I've dropped 15lbs and actually increased my Lean Body Mass by 5lbs. Still have about 2 weeks to go but this is the "before" and "after" thus far - after about 28 days no.
