I liked it ... I think it would be a great place to start supplementation wise. If your diet and training are not up to snuff it would be a waste of your money though. I don't know how new you are to lifting but supps are better used when some good experience is present. I wouldn't give a trainee supps in their first year of training as they can do just as well without them. That being said if you have a good diet and lifting experience, reached a bit of a plateau, it's a good sensilble stack.
