Well after a loooooong nap when I got home, I knew I had things to accomplish today, but needed to get my cardio in. Knocked down 10 60yard sprints, uphill, and now my knees feel as if Ive been doing jump squats on a mine field. But its all good. Ran a mile on the treadmill and then a 2.5 mile hike in the woods to prep for this evenings bow hunting venture with my son. Tomorrow, is HST program A. Cant get here soon enough.

Saw 5 does. Son took a 25 yard shot and missed high by 4 inches. Not bad for his first. He stood up and got it drawn without ever being seen.

Soaking wet during and still. Felt fricken awesome. I felt like I rocked it and of I keep pushing, this will really help me get to where I want. lifted67 is demanding several 1RM PRs by the end of 6 weeks. Its gonna happen!!
Lookin good. How close are those to your PR's?
Not even. Pr on leg press is 780 or so, Id have to go back and look. Shoulder press is 245, incline BB press is 275 and Im not sure on squats. Ive done 385, but only half way down. Just really getting restarted on them with full ROM.
Oh damn. Well you've got about 5 1/2 weeks I think to get those to PR's. Good luck broski lol.
Oh yeah, Ive got time. Im keeping the weight lower right now in order to complete the full 15 on both or all three sets. Its still wearing me out!!
Barely at parallel is it for me. I cant get past that without weight. I guess maybe just the way Im built? Who knows.
Quit being such a beast lol. Probably because you have muscular thighs. Kinda like how after a certain point with your biceps, you can't touch your shoulder on the same side lol.

Nice work brotha. I personally gauge progress not only by weight/rep but how soaked I am after. I personally believe that the wetter you are the more you put into it. If I'm having a weak day, but I push myself to just meet my norm... So be it, but I bet the sweat is still legit.
Not sure our bodies care as much about exact weight as much as we do.
Heck yeah! I'm a little pissed if my T-shirt has a dry spot after lifting.

BTW, if you haven't already, get you some Catalyst PWO. Wow. Insane focus and sweats!! Really good taste, especially for a PWO. I could feel the creepy crawlers on my skin within 10 minutes, and I love that feeling!
