Oh yea fo sho last job I was on was in Baltimore and we had a guy get shot at the job site and one stabbed. I love how in DC people think the white crosswalk signs think there's some kind of force field that's gunna stop a car and can walk out whenever lol
 
Try southwest Florida. Driving amidst New Yorkers, Canadians, and old people makes for a fun game. Ugh... It's almost snowbird season too.
 
Try Alaska. You'd think everyone would be used to the snow each year. But no, every time it snows they act like they've never drove on it before. 20mph under the speed limit and ****. Then after a month, everyone is back to going 10-15 over and crashing everywhere. Insanity.

So good news(ish). Apparently there has been some added aggression because Ive been offered 5 snickers as of this minute. I can feel the "angry eyes" and short fuse. I for one like it, but feel bad for the individuals around me. GOOD TIMES!!

Military bench should have safety pin spots so you can just drop it if you can't make the press.

Shoulders today, and I effin rocked it! Well, IMHO anyway. Felt like an animal, sweating like no tomorrow and veins looking like the gas lines from Alaska!

Thanks my friend. Im working, but I think Im going to turn it up a few more notches, both training AND diet. I am not, nor have I ever been known as a patient man, and I feel like I should have already started seeing more and better results. Not from the Halodrol, but in general.
 
No workout today guy, I was up most of the night at the fire department, and had a ton of things to do when I got home, so I Didnt get to lay down until almost 2pm, and now Im working EMS. I feel like Im letting myself down by not doing anything, so I may just throw down on some push-ups throughout the night.

None of us are truly satisfied with our physique/goals. If you felt you didn't need to be bigger/leaner/stronger you'd stop pushing yourself. Like you said it's a "sickness" and we're all glad we have it!! Keep pushing then push some more!!! And just remember you didn't come this far to only come this far!!
