Ok guys, today's session dropped as follows. Started with my 2nd dose of Halodrol, with 2 tbsp of Peanut butter and a scoop of 1MR.
Dumbell Curls (isolated)
45x15. 55x10. 60x10. 60x8
Standing Barbell curls
BarX20. 55x10. 65x10. 75x10. 95x8
Incline Dumbell curls
35x10. 45x10. 50x10
Spider curls
35x10. 40x10x2
3 sets of cable curls and 3 sets of reverse curls on the cables,95,115 and 125lbs.
Tricep push downs with EZ bar
100x10. 145x10. 165x10. 175x10
Seated tricep OHP
75x20. 100x10. 100x10
3 sets of reverse grip pull downs and killed it off with 3 sets of 10 dips weighted with a 45lb plate.

I like that app. I used to use it a lot but my wife is the chef here and I got tired of asking how much she put in of each ingredient. And "about this much" is not an accurate form of measurement according to the app. Lol. It works well if you put the time into it. Only noticeable difference in free and paid is the macro tracker. You can only do percentages in the free version and in the paid you can set specific grams of each as your goals.

Maybe i just need to give it some time to figure out between 2 jobs 8 hobbies 3 kids 2 wifes and a lawn mower lifes busy ;)

I start with free weight movements first, then cables, and finish with machines on arms day for an insane pump.

wu, Olympic bar for 12x2, dumbbell single arm kick backs 12x12

Free weight portion, take appropriate rest time to really tear up the muscles:
Spider curls 12x2 add weight 10x2 add weight final set of 8.
Seated dumbbell skull crushers, same rep scheme as the spiders
Seated dumbbell curls either incline bench or quarter bench 12x3
Supine bench dumbbell or barbell skull crushers

Cable portion, done with as little rest time as possible to pump the muscles
Cable tricep rope pull downs 12x3
Standing cable curls 12x3
Cable reverse grip tricep pull down 12x3
Reverse cable curls 12x3
Triceps cable push down with bar 12x3
Dual pulley cable curls 12x3

Finishers:
Seated Preacher curl machine 12 reps, add 5 pounds 12 reps, add 5 pounds and really try for 12 final strict form reps

Dips 2 sets AMRAP really lean back so you're hitting tris and not chest. Then take 5 pumps of Androcrine and call me in the morning lol

I've recently stumbled into the beauty of one arm cable bicep curls. I place one arm option on, can't remember the name... Its like what you use for cable flys... anyway... I put that on the machine, and then turn around so you are not facing the weights, take one step forward, and use moderate weight and the additional resistance and focus on squeezing the muscle. Holy god damn bro, I honestly think it put on over 1/4" in a couple weeks. I've always hard decently large arms for my age, but never felt like any bicep exercise helped me.

I'm going to try to get you a pre workout tub to try as a little thank you for the BFR straps. That way you can hit intense lifts after sweating your balls off a racket ball.
