Don't be afraid to throw in more drop sets, accumulation sets, rest pause sets, giant sets (3-4 exercises with no rest)
and really see how much the VO2 asset from Xtend Perform aids your training. We are just trying to gather as much feedback as possible!
I completely understand that and am doing all I can to help, trust me, my game has definitely increased. But what I have noticed more than anything, is the length of time I can crush
some racquetball without rest! Usually a five minute break after each game, and now Im rocking 3 games with no rest needed. I know it's different than lifting, but while Im trying maintain muscle as I drop fat, that is a huge increase for me
