Thanks to everyone associated with this product and giving me the opportunity to log it. It was very enjoyable.
Titanium overall rating: 8.8/10
I really enjoyed Titanium and the gains I achieved with it. My overall strength went up on this product, my endurance was great as well as energy, high libido, and sleep was amazing. This is why it received a high rating overall.
Strength: 9/10.
I gained a good amount of strength on this product although the first half of the log my lifting was sporadic. When I finally got focused I saw quick gains. Dead lifting 545 with no straps and also squaring the same for reps. I did this about 3 days after ending titanium so the affects were still taking place.
Endurance/Energy: 9/10.
My energy and endurance was great on this product. I finished workouts with as high intensity as when I started. Even outside of the gym I had energy to go through my day. Sleep: 10/10 Not much to say except when I shut my eyes I didn't open them until it was morning. Woke up feeling energized and overall good.
Side affects: 8/10
there were lot many sides but I did have a little higher acne on my body then I would have liked. Also had some aggression and impatient issues but they were all bearable. Also smelled of maple syrup for the first two weeks on Titanium but that wasn't a big issue.
Libido: 8.5/10.
I was always in the mood mentally and physically. I would Get random erections throughout the day that I couldn't control. This number may have been higher but I didn't have ample opportunity to test it out.
Recovery: 8.5/10
I would hit compound movements day in and day out, high endurance, and heavy weight. I was able to go hard day after day and my body bounced back and handled it and performed well. I'm sure this had to do with my elevated energy from the sleep ect but my body felt great after workouts and recovered well.
Great product and can't wait to try it again. My diet was horrible on this product and my lifting routine was not great throughout the beginning of this log. I think with a tighter diet and a more consistent lift routine I could have seen way better results.
