Tips to reduce hematocrit for those on trt

Got bloods done and although my doc didn't seem too concerned my level was at a 49 and 50 was considered high as per reading on sheet. So, I read that eating grapefruit and staying hydrated will help lower. Any other suggestions on lowering other than donating?

Nothing works for me other than donating.
