Love the rest/pause I started doing that before I moved and I just fell off for a while. I may revisit this concept after the completion of my current protocol.

Dude it's so awesome, but HEEEED MY WARNING don't under eat like i have the past few days it screws everything up! As soon as i started eating a LOT today my hunger shot up like crazy. Not sure what my body wants to do right now, maybe grow?

I can tell you from experience (at least my experience) on rest pauses/dc/super high intensity to back off sometimes and only do it for a short time, return to volume, then come back to it. I hurt myself both times,serious injuries, this way. and it sucks when you waste a couple years of no progress and not even lifting a weight on upper body

I agree man, i was using lighter weights for the rest/pause kind of like a pump manipulating technique. Still have some HGHpro left!

Stoked is definitely next on my list! Going to stack it with the AI DAA i have as well :)

Picked up some AI Raspberry Ketones today too, figured i'd take 1 cap a day to see how i feel. Among the health benefits i figured it'd be a good addition considering it doesn't allow fat to uptake nutrients as much. I would definitely use it will bulking!

That is how I used it and worked pretty nice actually. I plan on using it this offseason like that, while staying lean. No stimulates in offseason for me, only pre contest, too many stimulates for too long= not so good, in my opinion. use them when needed and thats it.

Not sure, but from what i have read they prevent nutrient-to-fat cell uptake meaning you would not gain as much fat (in theory) They also help metabolize fat meaning using it for more energy. So far i do like them, cuts in legs are getting better. Slowly getting rid of the love handles too, only at 1 cap 2x a day.

Marty, they help fatloss while going over maintaince calories, and supply anti-oxidants. In any situation whether under manintaince, at maintained or over maintaince they help metabolism. does this answer your question ?

patientlywaiting....o well gues il have to wait till i get home from work!!!

Just got back from blasting shoulders, back up to the gym for work haha they'll be up today :)

Also i think i have really opened up my fascia on my shoulders from huge rest pause sets plus stretching because i didn't get as good as a pump, it was there but i had a really delayed "burn" which is awesome meaning i could get tons more reps. I think its time to up the weight next workout to shock them to grow, i stretched out the muscle so it should grow pretty quickly. My shoulder press went up 20lbs with perfect form too so thats a good sign!
 
20lbs....dayummm in how long? a week? thats not pssible lol

Well the catch is i re learned how to do them, the right way! I was having a hard time even with 35Lb DB's but i really focused on form and they were after doing front raises. Who knows there are so many variables :S
 
After Pic's Around 241Lbs, Definitely gained all around even though it was very slightly. Got a little leaner too, i hate how pale i am it hurts my pics so much xD

Thanks man, working on leaning out right now. Today cracked and broke down my diet, have a friend to do cardio with so its not as boring too. Plus i'm showing him how to do everything right from the beginning! Said he's seeing results really fast which is expected for noob gains. He's prolly the only person doing as full of range of motion as possible with 1 second up/4 seconds down in the gym (besides a few older people). He did legs today and i told him that no matter what hes gonna grow quick off the bat. Me pushing him probably helped too :) Made him do a few extra reps haha

Thanks Green! Working on the diet right now on my way to kroger to get a bunch of good stuff like eggs, fish and a bunch more. Considering how bad my diet was before i think just switching to less calorie dense food will be a big difference. Guess well see! Started DAA yesterday so well see how that goes too.

Yeah i agree, i enjoy training alone however i do like having someone there to help me out with drop sets (less than 10 seconds rest between drops) and to spot me/yell at me haha xD

Massacred legs today!! I am definitely going to train them every 8 days it's perfect, All lifts went up and i threw out squats and sub'd them with hack squats pre exhausted by leg extensions. Felt comfortable going heavy again so got up to 4 plates on hacks and also did 325 x 3 for deficit stiff leg deads also got 305 x 8 which was awesome reps were slow and controlled! Hams are definitely being brought up. Diet is good now and on point, doing cardio 3x a week about with a friend HIIT style. Already got compliments about looking leaner haha , going to have maybe 1 cheat meal a week or something don't even think i need it to be honest. So far so good!

Well just to give you some insight to how bad my diet was before i pretty much ate out all the time at restaurants and such, yeah it was pretty bad but i moderated it to an extent guess that's why i got leaner, but now eating either 6-8 whole eggs with chicken breast in the morning or a bowl of cocoa comets with milk (workout days for pre workout carbs) even having normal "home" food is better than what i was at before. Post workout i have either some rice with eggs or a hotpocket with potatoe salad for PWO carb replenishment followed by more eggs haha. As you can tell i love eggs, i can't have whole wheat too much anymore due to gluten f*cking up my GI track over the course of starting to eat them. Ironic how something that's "Good" for you makes you feel like crap and fart like crazy. Today i hit everything perfect except no cardio not like it matters with how hard i hit legs. Cardio tomorrow night!

I keep my carbs pretty moderate and protein pretty moderate with fats lower. Seems to work pretty well and i sustain a great amount of energy. Also take HumaPro and Chain'd Out for Protein/BCAA's which are my current favorite.
 
Woke up this morning still at 243Lbs, I am looking a lot better and it's only going to get better and better as this month rolls on! Lats are actually sore from keeping the bar against my legs on stiff leg deads! Weird but i guess it mimics a pullover position. Cardio tonight and chest/tri's in the morning! Feeling great too :)

yo thats crazy, i love eggs too lol!! AND... i too dont do gluten, doc recommended it, i dont have any celiacs or intolerance but it is inflammatory so it doesnt hurt to cut it out, eery now and then ill hae a little but nuttin big, however i am doing an eating challenge this weekend that is a humungus pizza, sooo there goes the gluten thing lol
