Hi everyone, this is just a very basic question but I'm not as experienced in weight loss as I'd like to be and I'm just starting my weight loss journey.
Is the amount of time between meals is important? I was told between 2 1/2 to 3 hours between meals? Would it make a massive difference if meals were outside those suggested times? Like I said I'm very new to this and any help would be greatly appreciated
