What would be the optimal timing of multivitamins and joint support supplements? I usually take 2 multis and 2 joint support pills in the morning with breakfast. Would it be better to take 1 each in the mroning and then the other half dosing at lunch or early afternoon?
Yes I'm a fan of splitting up dosing. For instance I take 2 tabs of Orange TRIad (multi + joint formula) three times per day, instead of the recommended 3 tabs with two meals.
