one more thing if your lifting and bulking you better bring your A game! lifting burns tons of calories. So next month, you might hate yourself but dont go to the gym ! your not going to lose muscle dont worry, take up a new hobby for 30 days. read a book. lol something non-active. and eat,eat,eat
