Time2Bulk with Alpha Mass - 4 week log

one more thing if your lifting and bulking you better bring your A game! lifting burns tons of calories. So next month, you might hate yourself but dont go to the gym ! your not going to lose muscle dont worry, take up a new hobby for 30 days. read a book. lol something non-active. and eat,eat,eat


when you hit the gym with the 6lbs you packed on, your going to be lifting heavier then ever the following week!
 
you should think about getting some glutamine 2, I use up your mass protien by MHP half servings. It has everything mixed in it already plus thoses pricey BCAAs. I just bought (3) 5lbs tubs on amazon for 80bucks.. <tastes good too!>
I suggest eating a lot of food,
Somthing like oatmeal,eggs,protien in the morning. 8am
afternoon, pasta, veggies, bread, 11am
snack (pb&j ) 1.30pm
dinner protien, fruit, meat 5.30pm
snack 7.30pm
snack 9pm

trying to gain weight eat till you feel sick bro!

Thanks for the advice man. I take in 7500mg a glutamine a day right now. Up your mass is pretty good, taking muscle juice 2600 right now as my gainer, 1020 calories per serving. Kinda lacking in my calories lately but I'm getting back up there. Definitely loosing some fat on this while gaining muscle.
 
my tub of muscle juice just ran out last week i wanted more extras, so i orderd up your mass. Muscle juice didnt have enough glutamine to support me, so instead of paying 30 bucks for a 3/12 week tub of glutamine on top of the muscle juice i just swiched. Its good to switch things up.

When you workout do tons of partials into your routine. think heavy! partials will build you up nice and bulky!!

nice..yeah i bump up my carbs a bit with some regular body mortar....but increase me portions big time chicken
 
What are your over all gains so far?

weight 180lb (was 175lb start)
bench eeeh 245lb few reps
curl 45lb db curls
squat i don't squat..HSM squat machine about 8plates 6rm
w.e.....
biggest was incline db press 75lb's for easy 6reps
 
I'll post my increases tomorrow and so forth, haven't been writing down everything but will from now on haha. You can seriously feel this stuff working tho.. can't wait to hit the gym in the A.M. with the AM ;) night all

Great workout today, had awesome energy, good focus. I love coming back from a day off.
Used Maniac! by AI sports as pre workout and its pretty solid, had a few samples of it.

Bench warmup 80lbx20repx2sets
Flat bench 165x10,170x8x2 Dropset 165/145/125
Military Press 120x12, 150x8x3
DB shrug 55x10x4 superset w/ pec deck 120x8x4
Incline dumbbell press 50x10x4 superset with chin ups 20x4 sets

Weight gain powder some ice cream couple fruits. It was a cheat smoothie.
I know I should know exactly what's in it, I looked it up once was good then is good now 2. I don't do gainers really & if I do it's one a week every so often.

Sounds pretty awesome! I need to start making my protein shakes into smoothies, they are getting pretty boring

Awesome workout today! Always have so much energy and drive to workout now, feelsgoodman. 13 days in on this cycle, still no side effects besides some mild loss in libido for a few days, little bit of acne but nothing to complain about. Great product here guys..

Concentration curl warmup 25x20x2
Alt dumbbell curl 40x10x2, 35x10x2
Tri kickback 30x10x2, 25x12x2
Preacher curl 85x12x4 superset w/ tri pushdown 120x12x3, dropset 120/100/85
Reverse barbell curl 55x10x4 superset w/ closegrip bench 155x10x4
 
Off day yesterday, another ridiculous arm workout today. My arms feel like rocks even a half hour after lifting its crazy. People are definitely noticing. Also last night on my break at work went downstairs, we have a little gym set up, benched 245 for 2 reps which is a PR for me. Felt awesome. Friend that spotted me was like wtf man?
Taking Neurocore preworkout now because I had a sample tub and another 50 serving tub so I figure I might as well use them before buying another supplement..which I have a problem with buying too much lol.

Concentration curl - 40x10x3, 4th set dropset 40/30/20 Supersets with Tricep pushdown 120x12x3, 4th set dropset 120/100/85
Reverse barbell curl - 55x12x4 superset with Skull crusher 55x15, 65x15, 75x10x2 ( newly added, didn't know what weight to use)
Hammer curl - 30x10x4 superset with Closegrip bench 140x12x4

Been getting about 3500 calories a day, some days 4k, at least a gallon and a half of water daily, lots of vitamin D milk. Good start to week 3 on Alpha Mass. Can't wait to post progress pics :D

Same here Bro! Just PM'd Royd to see what he thought about 3/3/3 per day extending this to 6 weeks. Heading into week 4 and don't want these gains to stop. Up 6lbs. lean mass so far. Freakin hungry all the time now, so I know I'm in the zone for this PH at 3 weeks. These are the best gains I've had since loosing 40lbs. when I started this new lifestyle 2 years ago. Went from 230 lbs. to a lean 192, which I've held for the past 6 months training 6 days a week. In 3 weeks I've been able to pack on 6 lbs. of lean mass. Hope to hit 200+ by the end of PCT. Gonna have to order a new bottle before this one runs out!
 
You try them partials, just wondering? eat eat eat, no slacking guys! do what I did and walk around with a spoon in your peanutbutter! that should get you them few extra pounds. Well Im going to bed, just gotta finish think bowl of pasta, good luck with 200lbs Cadz
 
Yeah I've been adding in some partials here and there West. Sorry for late update guys been busy with work. Serious increases going on.. sweating so much in the gym, intensity is way up. Yesterday was chest/shoulders/back today was biceps/triceps.

Monday:
Warmup Bench - 85lbx25repsx2sets
Flat Bench Press - 145x13, 150x10, 165x8, 170x8
Military Press - 150x8x4 superset with lat pulldown 120x15,135x10x3
Incline Dumbbell Press - 50x15x4 ( was throwing them up super easy ) superset with Upright Row - 75x8x4

Tuesday:
Concentration curl warmup - 25x20x2
Alt Dumbbell Curl 40x10x4 superset with Tricep pushdown 120x13x3, dropset 120/100/85
Concentration curl - 40x12x4 ( was just banging these out like it was nothing even at the end of the workout, felt crazy ) superset with Closegrip bench - 145x12x4

Taking a off day tomorrow. Was thinking about switching up my routine for these next two weeks, maybe only hitting arms once a day, and splitting up my chest/shoulders/back days and adding some different exercises. Any thoughts?

Yeah man of course.. my grandma has a mini stroke a few days ago so I haven't really had time to post. Been between the gym and the hospital the past week. Still hitting the gym hard, or as hard as I can with all this stress. Shes doing better now tho. Closing in on this cycle, still seeing gains in size and strength.
