Down 2 lbs probably water weight. Since its gotten ridiculously hot and I have been sweating a lot more! Also found that when I take my nolva/tamox with grape juice it definitely tastes like really bitter wine to me lol. Going to go kill legs in about an hour will update how my workout goes. I also have started doing 30 min of cardio a day as compared to none while I was on cycle. Oh and another thing to note is that my appetite seems to be growing daily since I've started PCT!

Why did you throw cardio in?

Idk my main reasoning is that my appetite is really big right now. I'm eating a lot more than I was on cycle. Mainly trying to minimize any fat gain.
 
Day 4 PCT:

Bench gains in PCT lol! Was able to push out 6x255 so I said why not try more so then I got 5x265. Previous best was 245 on my last week of Havoc. My aggression is off the wall in the gym. Overall satisfied with my PCT so far!

Yea I kinda decided to not deload anymore and just kill it. I'm not one to like to go light haha. I always love to lift heavy and kill it.

Hell yea. Deloading is weak. If you can lift it lift it. No going light!!
 
Day 5 PCT:
Weight:220(-3). No loss in strength or muscle size lol so weight loss ain't bothering me!

Had a beast back/trap/bi workout today! Once again my aggression is insane! I was just killing it. Was able to hit a PR on pulldowns of 5x260! Once again PCT is amazing me how awesome I feel!!!!!

Prob just some water and glycogen loss. Keep killin it. It's cool to see how good your pct is going.
 
Day 6 PCT:

Day off from lifting, planning on hitting chest tomorrow! My hunger has still been ridiculous!
 
Day 7 PCT:
Didn't get a lift in today was up and out very late last night and ended up cruising up the coast with some buddies today! Tomorrow will be back and I also begin erase!
 
Day 8 PCT:

Worked out later than usual, but the workout was BEAST MODE! PR'd on pulldowns at 5x270! Killed it on e everything else.

Damn bro, that's some good weight, our pulldown we have at the gym doesn't even go to 200.....I'd have to strap two plates around my waist and do pull-ups to get that. Haha I'm hoping to open my own gym here in the next year or two, the place I go to now is a joke, they're health club, and I am quickly approaching the level where they're not going to have enough weight for me to get a decent workout....a couple of my buddies have already approached that point, so we need a "real gym" in our dinky little town.

On a different note do you have any before and after pics??

Hit a PR on seated bb military of 6x185! Finally got my tricep dips back to 10x55lbs added! Appetite is still insane and I seem to be getting stronger while leaning out a little. Noticed a few new veins in my arms!

I have 14 caps of intimidate left. Used it before I ran this sd. My main goal is just to get my system straight when I come off Thursday. I have 2 bottles of compound 20 I'm going to run along with test powder and slinshot. Might pick up prime or anabeta as well. :)
 
Day 10 PCT:

Day off lifting, usually I hit legs today but I've gotta get some stuff done with my car. So I am taking the day off. Kinda sucks cause I want to lift but I need to get stuff done with my car.

My decision was made towards havoc instead of other Epi products was that the price wasn't to bad and the quality of the product was supposed to be great. As for me choosing to run havoc(Epi) instead of another compound was I that I wanted dry gains along with some good strength gains.
 
Days 11-13 PCT:

Day 11: Chest day no PR in weight but was able to hit 2 sets of 5x265.

Day 12: lifted back and set a bent over row PR at 6x245!

Day 13: Today will be legs day! Cant wait to go do some Squats! My weight has been sitting around 218-220.

I pretty much do that haha, I do 10 sets of squats no drop sets. Today just since you mentioned it in gonna do 9 sets with a drop set!

Ty Ty. I should be back to normal in no time. I'm expecting my bloods to come back clean. I feel like my body handled it real well. No lethargy or sides. Just some back pumps. Blood pressure wasn't too high. Hardly any atrophy. And I could get it up all cycle ;) feelin good.
 
Day 15 PCT:

Today I drop my nolva from 20 to 10 and up erase to 75mg a day! Can't wait to hit back later today!

That would make sense haha, there were times on cycle were my libido was through roof and then the exact opposite! Definitely like the way my moods were on Epi haha!
