yeah true, im getting very little to no sides at 40 also, besides a few pimples on my back shoulders and face. Im enjoying this cycle very much, im still seeing gains at 40mg right now, im wondering if its worth bumping to 50mg if im still getting gains at 40? im up 5lbs so far :D

Weight:213(+7 from start)

I'm about to go kill shoulders and tris! Can't wait it's gonna be a good lift the on feeling is definitely hitting me hard today. My aggression seems to e causing me to snap a little bit quicker than usual but nothing big. Will post again after my workout!

I envy you haha. I'm motivated and my body is looking better but don't feel "on" and haven't gained much strength. I'm up 2 lbs and I can tell it's muscle not fat. I'm wondering if this being my third time doing this same cycle has anything to do with lack luster results or if my body is about to finally kick into gear. I'm two days ahead of your cycle Tony. Like i said I envy you. Glad you're getting good results though

I've got hope for you bro, it's gonna kick in for you soon! I know I've added a lot of lbm, because I've been getting comments like holy **** your looking a lot wider now or your arms are looking a lot bigger. The little things like that from people I see in the gym are also huge morale booster/motivation that I'm doing something right haha. This is also the best sleep and dieting I've had in a while. My whole body and mind is in to this cycle haha.

I was so happy when I jumped on the scale and saw 213 haha! Since I weigh myself like every 3 days! 7lbs in 16 days im one happy mofugga haha I still got another 3 1/2 weeks to go!
 
Day 17:
Weight:213(+7lbs)

Well I absolutely dominated my legs! Definitely stronger! My last heavy squats were at 5x275 and today I hit 8x275 easily. Then I was able to hit 3x295. Overall happy so far with my cycle. Excited to see how my bench day will be tomorrow.

Insane strength gains! Go for a deadlift pb on the last day and it'll blow your mind!

I'm going for it next week lol! My last pb is 425, I'm gonna go for 455 on next wednesday.
 
Day 18:
Weight:213(+7)

Pretty happy that my weight has consistently been up to 213 for the last three days. Now I want to start gaining some more haha. Only downside right now is that I'm waking up 1-2 hours early because im waking up starving haha. Looking forward to some strength gains on bench today!
 
Day 19:

Went out last night with some friends. Had to hold back and I only drank 2 beers haha. But since I was up a lot later than usual I fit another meal in. I still woke up early and was starving! I'm taking today off since I didn't get much sleep last night. But I plan on hitting legs again on Saturday when I get off work!
 
Finally I can say I'm "on" board with the rest. Today was the first day I had an increase in strength and endurance and it felt great! Went from 225x5 on bench to 225x9 then 235x5. It only took 3 weeks and bumping up to freakin 50mg. And all this after the first and worst cheat day ever in 3 weeks of eating clean.

Day 20-21:

Yesterday I ended up hitting legs and bis when I got off work. Workout was great, ended up getting 2 sets of 9x275 on squats. I was happy with this because i managed it after and 8 hr day at work and being tired! Then just had a killer bi workout. Yesterday I really noticed the size gains in my arms. As for today I got to work and will take the day off and prepare to kill it tomorrow!

Unfortunately I didn't take measurements. Other than knowing what my arms were a month before I started.
 
Day 22:

Well I still have very low sides and definitely noticing a good leaning effect now! I'm gonna lift back and bis here in a little bit once I get off work. Hopefully it's a good workout because I was awake at 330am this morning for work. I will update again postworkout.

Workout

Back workout was good but ended up not doing bis. I left bis out because I was to tired towards the end of my workout. I'm going to take a nap then hit bis later tonight at my home gym. Working at 5 am blows haha, waking up at 330am just so I could cook myself my normal breakfast.

PRs hit today were being able to hit 2 sets of 10x205 on bent over barbell rows. Previous best was a set of 10 and the next set at 7.
 
Well I ended up hitting biceps and was really surprised. I was able to get 2 sets of 5x135 with good form on straight bar curls. Which this was a first! I'm totally loving these crazy strength increases! That was the only noticeable thing from my arm workout other than my vascularity is way up!

i dont know about you tony, but my libido is still pretty solid. where are you at in that department?

I feel like mine is increased lol. I've had no issues! My strength is still skyrocketing! Except I'm gonna up my cals/protein/carbs these last few weeks so I can get some more weight gain.
 
Day 23:
Weight:216(+10lbs from start)

My shoulder and tri workout was beast even though I had to wake up early for work again!
Was able to hit 10x45lbs added on tri dips. This is the first time I've done weighted dips since I injured my shoulder about 6-7 months ago!
 
Day 24:
Weight:216(+10)

Just finished hitting legs and was very happy with my workout.

My squats were:
12x135
10x225
10x275
3x315
9x275
10x255

My 3x315 is a 20lb gain from last weeks 3x295! My squats seem to be going up the fastest. Tomorrow will be chest in the morning and and a tough day in my diet since I will be a vans warped tour from 11am-9pm.
 
Day 25:
Weight:216(+10)

Today I woke up early and got in a chest and bi workout. It was kinda half assed since my body didn't agree with lifting at 730am. My joints were really tight and sore. For a half assed workout it was still pretty good. Today nutrition is going to suck! Although it will be worth it by being at Warped Tour!!!!
 
Day 26:

Well after yesterday at Warped tour ruining my diet and missing a dose of Epi its time to get strict again! Today will be a day off due to being sore from being in pits and a little sunburnt. I might try and get a lift in tomorrow if not I'll wait till Monday to kill it again!
 
Day 26-27:

Days off from lifting and I'm just focusing on keeping my protein and calories up! Monday is the day I bump up to 50mg!

Get it bro. No more missing days or meals. That will kill your gains in PCT. keep it locked in from here on out.
 
Don't take off days??? Rest days are some of the most important. You have give your body time to heal or you can easily over train when lifting very heavy on cycle.

You should definitely check it out! Ive got Rockstar Mayhem Festival this coming weekend! It's gonna be awesome, but will probably mess with my diet for the day.

I'm just about to start my 4th week and am yet the experience the 'on' feeling and strength hasn't gone up either.

I've been running it at 40mg but have now bumped it up to 50mg to see if it makes any difference.

Some ppl don't respond well to some compounds. How is your diet? On point?

Yeah diet and training have been on point. Been getting 8+ hours of sleep per night.

Should I run it for this 4th week and if still no difference then start PCT? If I'm not responding to it then I don't see much point in running it for the full 5 weeks.

I mean I doubt you'd be able to sell a 1/5 of a bottle. Might as well run it. You haven't experienced any shutdown?
 
Not sure bro, libido still seems good. Although I experienced some real lethargy during the first week but then it faded. No back pumps or joint pain yet either, do have taurine and Cissus on hand.

For PCT I have nolva and Lean Xtreme+Activate Xtreme. Will add creatine back in as well.

Bumping it up to 50mg!

Today's back workout was awesome! 2 sets of 6x225 on barbell bent over rows. My endurance and strength was definitely up in all my lifts but bent over rows were the most notable. Tomorrow will be shoulders and tris, I'll try to get my weight in the AM but it's tough working early.

Reverse grip? I love reverse grip rows. I usually warm up with 135 and 185 then bust out 2 sets of 225 for 10. Drop set for the last set. Oh man it's beast. You should try that on your next back day. Feels so good when you hold the bar up by your naval and squeeze.

I do reverse grip(underhand) but that was regular grip(overhand). I usually do drop sets for almost everything haha!

6x225
6x225
10x205 drop to 15x135

Yessir! Although I'm kind of sad because my cycle ends in less than two weeks haha. I'm already planning out a DMZ cycle for winter haha! I'm also playing with the thought of a Superdrol cycle instead!
