Day 35:
Weight:221(+15)

After being really tired from waking up early for work I had a beast back day. No strength gains just a couple more reps at my new strengths haha! Excited for tomorrow because my shoulders have been exploding these past couple weeks!

Daaaaaang big boy, 15!!! That's nuts, I'm up 11lbs and have been starting to use some fasting to see how lean we can get this!

I'm also thinking about adding in my erase starting tonight and discontinuing it once I start pct. our time is running out here tony!

Day 36:
Weight:221(+15)

Today was shoulders day and I absolutely killed it! Ended up get enormous jump in strength today I had a new PR of 9x175 on seated barbell military. Then followed up with a set of 8x175. Before I could only hit about 3 reps haha! Definitely looking forward to legs tomorrow!

Almost back to how strong I was before I dieted this winter. Military pressed 145/165 for 12. Then 195 for 7. Which I used to be able to do 4 sets of 185. I'm not really feeling much strength. I'm hoping to feel it more at 20 this week. If I get no sides this week I'm running 30 my last week.

Thats awesome, I'm leaning towards a winter Superdrol cycle.
 
Day 37:

Leg day

Today was nothing amazing was able to squeeze out 8x315 from a previous best at 4x315. Other than that it was just a goo intense workout. Now time for 4th of July BBQ, and trying to not spoil my diet. Then hit chest tomorrow, and the. Try and squeeze a lift in in Friday for my last "on" workout. Then planning to start PCT on Monday!
 
Day 38:

Took the day off due to staying up celebrating the 4th.

Day 39:

Gonna go kill chest in about an hour! Can't wait to see what gains will come on my last day lifting on cycle! Kind of sad that it has to come to an end. Definitely looking forward to pct and maintaining gains and also my next cycle!

Keep the updates through pct as I'd like to know how it goes brotha

Also I finished my cycle up 12 lbs :). Never got so many compliments in one day as the 4th of July!! All day with no shirt, what a great time to be ending an epi cycle hahaha

Hahaha same went for me so many people were noticing my size gain haha. I plan on continuing daily updates through PCT. How are you dosing your nolva?
 
Day 39 workout update:

Holy $#!T, previous best on chest was a couple sets at 10x225 today I was able to hit 10x245 and 7x245 along with 3 sets of 10x225 after. Overall happy with today's workout! But it is a sad day because it is my last lifting day on Havoc :(. Hopefully PCT will treat me well!

Thanks brother, feels good getting my bench back. I hate shoulder injuries hope to never have an issue with mine again.

Yea injuries suck. Just make sure you always warm up properly and keep good form. Should be fine.

Always warm up like crazy ever since I messed my shoulder up. I'm a form nazi so forms never been an issue for me haha.

For my nolva im running 20/20/10/10
And DAA 3.5g for 14 days then off 14 then back on 14 days

I should've been more specific haha. Are you taking all 20mg of Nolva at once?

Good news to add is that I will be able to one more workout in tomorrow when I get off work! So excited now haha!

Day 40:

Weight: 223(+17)

Working all day then planning on getting a back workout in later and probably do some squats. I'm amazed that I was able to gain 17lbs on this cycle. Plus how my strength has skyrocketed!!
 
Day 41: Last day on cycle
Weight: 223(+17)
This sucks that it's my last day on cycle, but now I just got to be ready to work my a** of to keep these gains! I plan on still posting daily update through all of PCT!

On cycle, I gained about 12lbs, and maintained the same body fat visually, may have lost some, I've got a sick looking new shoulder vein I've never had :)

Day 1 PCT:

Just took my Tamox, man that stuff tastes funny. Only thing I have to look forward to today is starting anabeta haha. I will be deloading this week for all my workouts then back to killing it next week.
 
Just read through the log.. Way to kill it. I kept 15lbs from my EPI cycle.. My nuts hung the whole time too along with the fiercest libido so I opted to rock without a serm and used formastanzol/erase/daa in my PCT. Started cutting this month though and down to 198. I started the Havoc cycle at aroun 183-185 and ended at 205. 13% bf. Wish I could hope on Havoc again and cut!! haha. Love this stuff. Following your PCT

Thanks man, I'm thinking PCT will be the bigger battle. Just got to kill it in the gym and eat like a pig!

Deloading sucks!!!!! I felt so lame doing less weight, when I know I could do a lot more! Even though I deloaded I still had an awesome workout. For everyone else who ran Epi did you maintain most of your strength?!?!

Sounds good, my appetite is ridiculous today so far. I can never feel full haha! Idk if anabeta is taking effect already?!??! Because when I took it before it made me eat like crazy!

This is my biggest fear when this is all said and done. Going backwards sucks even if it is normal.......I'll be interested to know how much of your gains you keep. You're running Nolva right? Good luck and keep killing it!!!

Don't worry tony, this is a mental game, my weights are still going up in PCT, and I've been encore orating fasting ;)

Definitely mental game, these first two days in PCT have been awesome. Literally my aggression in the gym is through the roof! I have been killing it and not to mention my appetite is higher than it was on cycle! I've been eating so much clean food haha!
 
Day 3 PCT:
Weight:221

Down 2 lbs probably water weight. Since its gotten ridiculously hot and I have been sweating a lot more! Also found that when I take my nolva/tamox with grape juice it definitely tastes like really bitter wine to me lol. Going to go kill legs in about an hour will update how my workout goes. I also have started doing 30 min of cardio a day as compared to none while I was on cycle. Oh and another thing to note is that my appetite seems to be growing daily since I've started PCT!
