I've done all the GDAs in existence at one time or another -- really, will never use them again..i'm a bit beyond that now, when I want carbs, there is always a point to having them and what kind of carb I specify at given time
what are you gonna do with all those bottles you bought? dint you get like 8 or something crazy?
 
Yeah I got like eight bottles :) might pop up in the trade section sometime soon :P
 
Today had been total recovery day.

Ate a big breakfast with a couple whole wheat pancakes, steak omelette and Turkey sausage.

Lunch was lean ground beef and Turkey with a bowl of mixed beans that the wife cooked yesterday afternoon while I was at the game.

Dinner was a lean cut of streak with a sweet potato and green beans.

I've had about five servings of bcaa+saa throughout the day.

8 hours off deep sleep last night then had an almost four hour nap earlier.

About to down my bed time shake and get ten hours of sleep hopefully.

Couple more weeks and I'll be going gvt with some "assistance" and the tale will be told for the most part.

My body has continued to lean out SOME but weight is holding steady so a little bit of growth from the added carbs has happend (like predicted as per Snags).

Almost crunch time and will make a final push to get down in those single digits and tighten the stomach up.

Workouts will be logged at that point and actually shared with you guys as well as meals and such throughout the day.
 
Sounds good man excited to see how this works out for you. You are already looking very impressive. Can't wait to see how far down in BF you get with this last push.

Dead lifts with a 6 inch deficit

Weighed rope crunches five sets of 20-18 reps.

As my kids would say, it looks like you swallowed a big rock and it went into your arm. Kids are awesome.
 
In this. 6" is a huge deficit - definitely gonna take it up a notch!

All the power stuff I've ever read said never to go heavier than a 3RM on deficits because it loads the hammies so hard the likelihood of injury greatly increases. So I stuck to that...and still pulled my hammy on a 3RM 2" deficit because my form got sloppy. Ass shot up on the 2nd rep to help clear the ground & almost straight-legged 495 lol. At least I got the 1st rep, right?
 
Second day of rest in a row. Feeling good good. Thinking I might rest one more day then kick off the week string with GVT. We'll see how I feel tomorrow.
 
How do your joints do on GVT? I specifically had serious trouble with my knees squatting GVT, so much so that I had to stop the program. Probably great with HGH or something wet & progestogenic like dienelone or LMG.

First go at GVT today. I must say this is some boring ass shyt. I didn't super set my two big lifts so I could see how the weights I chose worked out. From now on I'll super set the two compound lifts and then the two accessory lifts as well to quicken the pace as well as shorten the session length.

The weights I chose today worked pretty well....First five sets or so were relatively easy but sets eight through ten were pretty awesome lol. Kept tempo slow and steady besides that last set of barbell press I had to quicken a bit or u wouldn't have gotten all the reps.

90 seconds rest between big lifts sixty seconds rest between accessory lifts.
