Time to MonteGROW like a Finaflex Freak!

Thanks guys! Really trying to rock this thing out and keep shredding it up till I hit the low single digit body fat %'s.

On that note, yesterday was my lowest carb day in my rotation and I woke up today lean tight and actually up a lb at 221. Very happy with that as I was expecting and even told that I would probably see some growth upping the carbs. Needless to say I can't wait to throw in a PH and see what happens.

Gotta love it man you are definitely making improvements. What are your fat and carb levels like right now?
 
Keeping fats at 8g or less per meal. Carb rotation right now 225/200/150 adjusting protein intake on each day.

Thanks homie. I was blessed with a huge rib cage and nice muscle placement up top and on my back.

Legs are coming along too but I'm saving those noods for another day ;)

The 8 bottles of AP for 9 bucks each. The 2lb isolate for 8 bucks. The cookie rolls for 62 cents and the 2 NAC for 5 bucks each.

That 80/20 is for the kids and wife :)
 
Wish they had more of the protein though :( would have bought 40 tubs at that price

Day without a smile, is a wasted day.....

Usually pretty groggy every morning, but every time I take my little girl out of bed, and she looks at me with the greatest smile...I melt, and have to laugh....

That and all the funny gay stuff around here makes my day;)
