Pre workout today consisted of -

I trained fasted today for some lame reason. Had some BCAA+SAA before my session so it wasn't too too bad. Had some awesome energy and drive because I didn't have any food in my belly but I was a bit weak. Took some extra rest between sets to make up for it.

Do what I did... Attached a handle on wall to pull myself up off toilet. Much needed after a big leg day

Lol I hear that. I had to brace myself on the sink while sitting down on the throne sat night. Hahaha!!

Thanks guys. Gave PX Black a whirl tonight and it rocked. Helped my mood a ton and had good energy even though I have been up for 24 hours. A+ in my book.

Yep yep.....good workout. Didn't get my FST7 set in today because the daycare was closing and I had to go, but I hit some wicked numbers on rack pulls. Last set I was going for one rep but it was unusually light.....Had good form. No bouncing at all.

I avoid hospitals like the plague, don't even spend much time in there when I have to go see somebody who's there, so I waited as long as possible..was horrible my friend, doc been in this field 20 some yrs and said mine was among the worst cases he's seen..was even necrotic in there, yuck

been dealing with them for yrs, but nothing like this last flare-up ever even remotely happened before
made me pray for a speedy death there for awhile

Thanks brotherman. Weight is holding steady now at 226. Was up to 230 at one point but with the big weekend in Austin I cut back some calories to tighten back up. Finally getting the muscles as full and hard as before. Still on track but I've got a lot of work left.
