What would too many nitrates do? I see on some labels not to take some of the nitrate products with PDE5 inhibitors (Viagara).. reasoning?
 
Took today off. This on call schedual is catching up with me. Hopping from daylights to nights to afternoons then nights and whenever they decide to call me is brutal. Just downed a half a scoop of G8 and Max Pump so I can get some quality rest tonight. Lord knows I need it lol.

I'm glad to report that everything went amazingly this weekend. The wife and I had an awesome time together and it was exactly what we needed. We are back on track and things are looking up again. We went to Austin and did some epic partying so I'm pretty worn out right now lol. Thanks for all the support guys. Time to get focused and keep growing like a FREAK!

So its back on track today. Normal meal plan is back in place and today is chest day. Diet was garbage this weekend. Lots of eating out and quite a bit of drinking. I havnt drank in a long long time and I feel like a total slob so I'm going to throw in some extra work today to get the muscle fullness back and also to bleed off some of the bloat. I WAS able to keep taking my Max Pump over the weekend though and lastnight I was able to down some G8 and get about 10 hours of awesome sleep. I've got some goodies on the way so hopefully my order gets in today and I can throw out a suppdate this afternoon.
 
Workout was good. Threw in some drop sets today for some added volume. Strength was hit and miss. The drop sets really took it out of me though. Chest is absolutely smoked right now.

Did you notice my absence and your melancholy situation happened about the same time, and the return of your mojo was about the time I came back. Coincidence, or cause and effect? Just ponder that for a bit... ;)
