Time to MonteGROW like a Finaflex Freak!

Its about three posts up. Was a zombie today. 4 hours of sleep so I just went through the motions.

I feel u I only get about 5 hours sleep during the week! Last 2 nights hit the bed early and got 9 hours both nights!! I'm ready to smash ish now.. :)

Took today off. Only got a couple hours of sleep this morning again. I'm not sure if I should address this or not but my lack of training lately has to do with personal problems. My wife and I are splitting up and its really taking a toll on me. Don't want to turn this into a whine fest but this has been an extremely tough few days and I'm trying to not totally fall of track here. My goals in training are staying the same but my goals in life are now in shambles. I'm going to keep giving my all on here for you guys and the awesome team I have been brought into because training is what is going to help get me through. For all you married guys out there take your wife and hold her tight because tomorrow anything can happen.

Hoping things get better and you both pull through.

My heart goes out to you brother!! As a father and husband I could only imagine your pain. Divorce is hard on kids and I couldn't think of not being with them every night. Keep your head up and always keep your kids in mind when decisions have to be made cause it effects them the worst. I will pray that everything works out for you!! We all are brothers in iron!!!

So sorry to hear Monte. Divorce is a hard thing. Mine was terrible. You will get through this. I'll pray for you buddy.

Be careful driving and at work. Your mind will always be somewhere else and this is the time for accidents to happen. Hang in there.

Sorry to hear Monte.... Also have been through it, luckily I did end up the kids in the end. And found someone I didn't think actually existed... I guess what I am saying is if it doesn't work out, don't give up! Life has a funny way of turning out. We are all here for you my friend.... keep your chin up!

On a side note, my son and I were in Niagara Falls for the weekend as he got an invitation to an elite hockey tournament. Well didn't I lose my wedding ring.... sh|t!

Sorry to hear brotha. Hope it all works out

Hey man, the last thing you need to worry about is us thinking you're whining about your situation. One thing I've noticed about this community is that it's full of people who want nothing more than to see you succeed at whatever goals you set. People like that aren't going to stop supporting you if it suddenly has nothing to do with lifting weights. They are going to be there for you in whatever form you need them to be. I know how hard divorce can be...i have 3 kids myself who had to go through it and it truly is the toughest thing I've ever done. But then time passes and one day you find yourself loving life in a way you never thought possible. And we will be here for you the WHOLE way!

Thanks guys. I know everyone has my back but I felt it nescessary to let y'all know why my training has been slacking. I feel accountable to all of you and I'm amazed at the support. Wanted to thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart.

dammit brother..wow that was a really fast deterioration from our conversation the other day, sorry to hear
well you know my thoughts bro, 17yrs and out for my marriage..never again
relationships are incredibly tuff, and kids make it even harder
hell man life is hard sometimes, period..hang in, chin up, and power thru brosef
things do have a way of working out, but only if you are open to the possibility of things you may not exactly be enthused about or desire..but do not make the mistake that anyone here thinks you are whining..huh-uh man, if anyone does think that way they can GTFO, we don't need em around
(and that's all i can really say, i'm not the best one to comfort you right now as i am enjoying my independence and freedom, but i am here for ya if you need me)

Sorry to hear that Monty! That's never an easy situation. I hope things work out for you...if you need support we are here for you! Hugs

Back at it today. Between the deload, extra off days and MAX PUMP getting built back up in my system today was great. Felt really strong and had some nice pumps going. Tried not to push it too hard because I got a bit of a headache during low rows but today was a nice start to getting back into full on bulk mode again.

I like doing the Pushdowns with the rope because I can really squeeze my lats at the bottom. With the straight bar I don't feel like I get as much of a contraction.

Awesome, keep it up bro

Getting after the weights is the best way to make yourself happy.

I was logging my food intake for a while but I've been slacking on posting it up. Targets are 400p 250c 125f. 4k calroies a day. I fall short sometimes but most of the time I'm hitting those numbers.

Your math leaves you 275 calories short. I'd throw some ice cream in there.

Or some of these

I've tried to hit high # on calorie intake... I just never been able to hit over 2800 consistently without feeling blah.... Well when I wa drinking I could down at least 1500 in a few hours.

I've been wanting to try max pump really bad but I heard on AM that there was an unsafe amount of nitrates in it, have you heard anything like that?

Def not man. I beta tested it. It's legit stuff. I'm sure one of the reps can break it down better than I can but I can tell you it's safe. Just don't stack other nitrates on top of it.

Great workout Monty :-)
Thanks kix!

So far from my use of MAX PUMP I have had no adverse side effects at all. I used eight caps a day for a long while and have also used it with other nitrates as well. From all the beta testers and other reviews I've yet to see anything that would suggest it is unsafe. I know that it gives me some amazing pumps and increased endurance beyond any other product I have tried to date.
