Have you thought about upping carbs to 4 hundo?

Though about it......not ready to make that jump yet. I'm adding pretty good quality mass right now and don't want to change quite yet.
 
there's no necessary need to just jump to 400g carbs..fat intake is the other key to growing, and monte's fats are up there in that range (some days higher than others)
lots of paths to rome, in the grand scheme of caloric surplus/bulking
 
Agreed with the Rome theory. Just interested in Montego's percentages, i.e. Cho/Pro/Fat. Seems a bump in either cho/fats, besides protein which is already good #s, would help some.....

Can you elaborate on this some. I have a pretty good handle on pro/carb but fats still baffle me. The more i think i am getting the hang of this the more or little it seems, i know

Your worries are founded to a degree. We all react differently. Instead of upping intake you might try tracking percentages and trying the substitution method. Replace some protein with carbs, add in some fat and lower carbs... Remember cho/pro = 4 cals per gram, fat = 9. It's all an experiment and we learn by doing to ourselves what we may be afraid of

Tried arnold presses recently... same as you they are easier on the shoulders! And pshh... 11lbs is a lot!

About a month? Not a whole lot of time at all really. Its gonna get nasty in May :) gonna be a big push towards 240 then.

Today's workout was good. Changed some things up. Did some hammer strength uni-lateral Pulldowns instead of wide grip cable Pulldowns. Also tried meadows rows one last time but instead of a barbell I used the chest supported tbar row machine. Liked this a lot better. Couldn't use as much weight so it didn't bother my back nearly as much. Did four sets of wide grip pull ups to start 12 reps reach set.

Decided to keep it simple. 40mg Dbol weeks 1-4. 750mg test e or c weeks 1-12. Will run some exem every day at 12.5mg or 25mg ED depending on how I feel. Hopefully the half dose is all I need.

Your prolly gonna need the full 25 while on the dbol. It aromatizes pretty bad and quick...can't have you gettin more e than a sorority girl on the rag

hmmm. Interesting, I personally would go t-bol for a less bloated cycle but dbol will work.

Dinner was 18oz Angus Ribeye with fat trimmed and. 1cup brown rice. Stufffffed!
 
I bbq'd a 8lb eye of round roast.... had a big family dinner today.. kicked a$$... Mind you, nothing like an Angus Ribeye

I'm a ribeye or prime rib fan. Sirloin is for the birds.
