Time to MonteGROW like a Finaflex Freak!

I got some new food in the fridge so I'm more excited to eat now lol.

couldn't make it to the grocery past couple days so i been eating scraps and whatever i have laying around lol..i mean i make it sound bad - it's really not (a third-world dude would think he's in heaven with my scraps!) but me, i guess i'm spoiled and anal about my edibles :shrug:

Took MAX PUMP this morning when I woke up first thing with breakfast. Haven't noticed much besides some skin flushing every now and then throughout the day.

Max Pump had the same effects on me, only pumped me up one time. What I did have was endurance increases that really hit during week 2 of taking it.
 
So far on training days I have noticed a differance. Today was the first day taking it without training.
 
Alright Gang today is my favorite day... back day :) had an awesome rest dat yday and got a good overfeed in :P yawning a bit right now but I'm about to slam this IGNITE2 and wreck fkn shop. BIG BAAAACK!

I was warm today alright! AMAZING session today. Scoop and a half of IGNITE and 4 MAX PUMP. Was sweating up a storm! Had crazy energy and focus, and the pumps were awesome to boot. Endurance from the MAX PUMP has definitely kicked in. Had to add weight on straight arm pushdowns cause I couldn't exhaust my lats! Mind muscle contractions were top notch and I had some minor back pumps going so I left out rack pulls today. Weight is at 220 right now. Haven't calipered in a week or two so I might do that today.

It was an awesome day. Rack pulls would have finished it off nicely, but alas...back pumps stalled me.
I wish I could gain weight like you!
Gaining isn't a problem for me. Gaining quality mass is though lol. My metabolism is a lot higher now and being leaner help keep the fat at bay, but if I slip for too long it'll pile back on.

Love me some pulldowns! Reverse Grip Yates rows are my favorite though.

I like doing them with a reverse grip tho. Best exercise I've found to feel the lower lats working.

And because of that I might be out of action tomorrow too. :) some rest wouldn't hurt me though. Been going pretty hardcore the last 3 months. Who knows...might grow an inch if I take some extra rest :)

Got off work early so I'm gonna go a little bonkers....doubling up on the MAX PUMP. 4 caps 30 mins pre and 4 uncapped in my IGNITE. And to top it all off....it's arms and hams day......bring the PAIN!
