-BB Squats: 155x20, 20, 20, 225x12*135x8
-Leg Press machine (close & high stance): 130x10 (1 rep is :down, half way up, down, all the way up)
-Leg Extension: 85x8, 8, 8*85x20 half partials (3 sec concentric iso hold)
