Got back my weight to where i was at before my last weeks mini vacation. Just waiting for Monday to start.

Some ass took a bench and just left it by the squat rack and DB section seats were all used up. I ended up doing machines on all my exercises. Felt great though and was able keep a longer TUT. Soreness is starting to creep in. But still relatively sore from legs and back.

Very refreshing flavor. You start getting the watermelon candy flavor and then it disappears.
I tried adding water to 10oz and then it was very diluted.
Test this out for leg day tomorrow ;) drink it after squats though lol

Vasoblitz had me going today and had more endurance. The pumps for my last set of bis and tri superset felt “skin splitting” . Took 2 scoops 8oz on an empty stomach and fasted workout.

Vasoblitz gave me a “pump kick” of energy today. Even though there isn’t stims i could feel my body know that i had taken this and braced itself for the work. I could feel easier breathing and again endurance up in the gym. Yesterday was rest day.

08/10 was a rest day and didn't do much. Nothing much to comment except yesterdays workout. I did calves and vasoblitz really kicked in and I had never experience such a swelling calf pump! i can see them pumped and thicker. Very cool experience.

-vasoblitz helped out nicely today. First time ever seeing small veins treeing like a root system on my right tear drop muscle. I also got a big calf pump from just doing toe raises to contract the muscles around the shin.

Haven’t updated but i hit my workouts Thursday & Friday. Wedding weekend sat-sun. I hit the gym again yesterday and Monday. Started john meadows 28 days later on Monday. So today is day 3 of that. So far.. brutal!
I really enjoy vasoblitz and it doesn’t fail at getting me some nice pumps and mind muscle connection. Especially with these meadows routines.
 
I got 3 weeks until some pool time, so i’m cutting out a few more cals from carbs, to speed things up, and i shifted some calories Peri workout which helps out a lot better.
 
Down some more. 181.6lbs
Only thing i’m taking is vasoblitz. Finishing it up as my preworkout. The rest same staples as i’ve been logging.
 
Been getting my workouts. Labor day i skipped though. 28 days later is brutal. Also started my invisalign , so eating sucks right now.
