Time off question. Prohormone to pin

I'm on the tail end of a 6 week mdrol epi bridge. I ran mdrol at 20/20/30/0/0/0 and epi at 0/0/30/40/50/50. I'm getting ready to start my pct. The opportunity to pick up some sust 300 has come my way and I'm gonna jump in it. I understand the rule of thumb for prohormone time off is cycle plus pct =time off. Does the same apply for time off before a test cycle? How much time off is recommended
 
anytime you shut yourself down with an exogenous hormone, you should take time off = to the time on + time on pct.
