time off from cycle

how long do you guys take off between cycles?

Example: I've finished my H-drol cycle and PCT. I'm looking to start into an E-stane cycle. I'd figure I'd take a month off everything, then jump in.

Does that sound about right? Or am I a junkie addict rushing for my next fix?

I like time on equal pct plus time off. So if you had a 4wk cycle then pct for 3-4 weeks followed by 4wks off before jumping into an Epi product. Some will vary on the time and duration of off time, but this is what I try to follow.:thumbsup:

4 wk Pct+ 6 wk cycle = 10 wk time off

Agreed.....It is best in the long run to wait the appropriate time off
