Timber's One Month Massacre

I was under the (apparently very misguided) perception that SARMs was an acronym for "special anal ramming specifications." I obviously feel a bit mislead at this point.

I think it just depends on the audience you are speaking to. I imagine some people have SARM specifications before engaging in such illicit acts. :puke:

Can't wait for new Sarms.
S1 I assume?

S4 is already pretty pimp, except for the vision thing... Great recomp, fullness, and vascularity.

Well, it took me 12 years to like onions, 16 years to like coffee, and 27 years to enjoy sashimi... Apparently 28 years to enjoy sweet potatoes. Thunder, I owe you one because I went to Whole Foods, saw the sweet potatoes, and figured I'd give them a shot again...

I think I like them somewhere in the vicinity of candy corn and vagina... I've been having a 300 gram (got my scale, bitches) for the past 4 nights and I can't get enough. Thin slicing, olive oil, black pepper, kosher salt, garlic powder, and chili powder - in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes and then 3 minutes under the broiler... Add a little yellow mustard into that, and goddamn...

My power carbs all along have been quinoa and steel cut oats... This is now the trifecta.

Anyway, been amping up the calories here... adding in additional calories post workout - including the sweet potato for one... and I've been also having egg whites in a low carb wrap w/ low fat pepperjack... I want to say I'm somewhere near 2700 - 2800, but I'd need to confirm that with a count.

Would I ever steer you wrong, T-Styles? ha ha Sweet Potatoes......FTW!!:head:
They have more potassium than a banana and I was getting burned out on bananas anyway.
When you get a sweet-tooth......try this. Cut the raw sweet potatoes into fries. Sprinkle them with just a bit of cinnamon and brown sugar. Now bake those fukkers until crisp.
Ranks right up there with candy corn IN a vagina!!! :laugh2:

Ranks right up there with candy corn IN a vagina!!!

Now where is this on the food pyramid??

If you look on the back of a dollar bill, its right where the glowing eyeball is. That is NOT an eyeball. Its a glowing vagina with a candy corn in it.

You are good my man!!:smirk:

Now where is this on the food pyramid??

It sits on top of the pyramid as supreme delicacy. Sweets and meats. Good to eat. :silly:

Thought it was more towards the sea food side??

Man how did I miss this, quality stuff right der guys!

I've noticed that when I get home to eat my PreWO meal, I HAVE to do something more active than watching TV...

I either browse online, listen to music, pre cook dinner, etc... If I sit to watch TV - I always need to take a nap, then I'm drowsy as f*ck.

I only low carb on off days. Lift days I usually run around 150-200g carbs. That is brutal BIG.

I'm leaning up right now or I would be right there with you on that!

Yea me too...I'm around your range the last couple of weeks, but once I get "back to where I was " I'll revert back to my normal ratios.

Activity levels are around the same as when I eat 500g carbs... Can def tell the difference. Yesterday I did parachute sprints, swimming and running outside and I was beat when I got home

I am running on stims these days. I love my carbs!!

That is some serious carbs you are intaking but for that kind of cardio, I could see how you need them. If I put down 500 grams outside of a re-feed day I would blow up like a balloon in about 2 weeks.

Careful with that post-workout staying awake activity!!
