You can PM if you need to bro but really HD is THE weakest compound out right now (at least out of the four biggies SD, PP, EPI, HD) alot of guys that eat there fcuking ass off, do ZERO cardio and Train heavy as hell only mange to put on around 5-8lbs BEFFORE pct and that's running at doses exceeding 100-150mgs ed for 6weks so...
I didn't read your dosing scheme so I can't comment on that but you'll be fine bro you probably wont ever even "feel" anything.....

I was HOPING it was a cramp, but its a little worse. Warmed it up really well today, stretched... The only time I had any pain today (back day) was on my wide grip pull ups when I straightened out...

I have an artificial piece in my right rotator cuff so my rule ALWAYS is: "if it hurts don't fcuking do it!!!" Just work around it until it's not bothering you any more. Fcuk it, there'll be more cycle to come ya know.....

I'm re doing my split to have chest on the 3rd day and legs tomorrow.. hold off shoulders till 4th day - perhaps after a day of rest...

Did some rotator exercises today that felt great... Also did the bar stretch you guys recommended... I should be fine.. Definitely going to avoid snatch and super heavy shrugs for awhile to be safe... Shoulders isn't a main area of focus for me on this cycle anyway.

There have been several studies that show that high fiber diets or supplementation with the sh!t leads to decreased Test levels, so fvck dat sh!t...... Thats what the fvcks wrong with this country is the damn wussyfication of men, I don't need sh!t that makes me have less TEST, I need more TEST. They can take their fiber and shove it up their ars.....

I can see it now a bunch of men shitting their brains out setting around crying and just needing to talk........GET THA FVCK OUTTA HERE!!!!!! YEAH BUDDY!!!!

Also, feeling REEEAALLLYY tired - even though I got a pretty good amount of sleep last night. Body is likely telling me to chill for a minute.

hmm.... I found a pretty good nighttime recipe for a protein shake... I used 3 scoops cookies and creme cytogainer, 1 scoop vanilla casein, and 1 scoop chocolate CS. It was really good! Masked that crappy CS taste pretty well.

I'll figure something out. I can do legs / arms today or tomorrow, chest the following day... with one off day in there... Gives the shoulder another 3 days of rest... Just need to be careful not to aggrivate it on chest day...

Cycled my split onto legs to keep pressure off the shoulders and wrists, and warmed up with a light cardio mile @ 6.5mph. Punched out my first squat reps over 200 pounds!! (4@205). Also did some arms... Good workout!

Also, thinking about bumping the HD up to 75 a bit sooner than Monday... liiiike... tomorrow.

Thats a good idea!I heard a guy tell another so long ago that taking higher doses wont make it kick in any quicker,but it will make it hit harder when it does!

Will check my blood pressure today at work.

Today was a COMPLETE off day. Drove me kind of nuts, but I came home - had a giant 4 scoop cytogainer shake with blueberries and bananas and went to bed for 4 hours... YEEEAAAAHH BUDDY! THATS GROW TIME!!

Gonna make some chicken and WW pasta and eat that *hit too... maybe some sausage...
