This current study examined the effect of a 3-week period of sexual abstinence on the neuroendocrine response to masturbation-induced orgasm. Hormonal and cardiovascular parameters were examined in ten healthy adult men during sexual arousal and masturbation-induced orgasm. Blood was drawn continuously and cardiovascular parameters were constantly monitored. This procedure was conducted for each participant twice, both before and after a 3-week period of sexual abstinence. Plasma was subsequently analysed for concentrations of adrenaline, noradrenaline, cortisol, prolactin, luteinizing hormone and testosterone concentrations. Orgasm increased blood pressure, heart rate, plasma catecholamines and prolactin. These effects were observed both before and after sexual abstinence. In contrast, although plasma testosterone was unaltered by orgasm, higher testosterone concentrations were observed following the period of abstinence. These data demonstrate that acute abstinence does not change the neuroendocrine response to orgasm but does produce elevated levels of testosterone in males.Invalid Link Removed

holy sh*t batman!! one day i will come over for a workout i guarantee that. gotta see this sh*t in action for real!!I'm glad I resumed the ECA stack that I used so many times in the past. It's been over a year since I used the combo. It kicks bloody arse!! :woohoo: I blasted through my workout with intensity befitting a god! Here's some #'s: LEGS--LEG EXTENSIONS: 150 X 15. Up 1 rep from last week. Back off set at 100 X 20!! Pumped 'em way up!! AND now.....MACHINE SQUATS: WIDOWMAKERS!!-- 330 X 20!! :twisted: Up 5 lbs. from last week. These take so much out of you. But very effective! Back off at 210 X 15. All back off sets are done very slowly with perfect form and an emphasis on the negative portion and some partials at the end. With a static hold on the last rep. STIFF-LEGGED DEADLIFTS: 330 X 8-4-2. Up 5 lbs. from last week. DC style rest-pauses with deep breathing between the pauses. Stretching follows. Back off at 210 X 15. ONE-LEGGED STANDING HAMSTRING CURLS: 105 X 12. Back off at 60 X 15. The mind to muscle connection on these were amazing. :thumbsup: SHOULDERS-- MACHINE SHOULDER PRESSES: 230 x 7-4-2. Up 5 lbs. from last week but lost a rep on the first part of the set. They're gettin' heavy now! :frustrate lol Back off at 150 X 15. UPRIGHT ROWS: 180 X 12. Heavy sh*t here! :aargh: Back off at 105 X 12. My traps were blown up after these! And my medial delts which I was targeting anyway. ONE-ARM BEHIND BACK CABLE SIDE LATERALS: 65 x 11. Up 5 lbs. and 1 rep from last week. I'll take it!! Back off at 45 X 12. ONE-ARM UPPER PULLEY CABLE REAR LATERALS: 80 x 10. Up 5 lbs. from last week. Back off at 45 X 15! And they were pumped like never before. Almost too pumped to stretch. ha ha For real. This is a good routine I've formulated here. Perfect for maintaining my strength and muscle mass now that my cycle is over. PCT was a breeze and this natty run is off to a great start. I've upped calories to about 500 above maintenance levels. I never want to bulk and put on useless bodyfat ever again!! There's no point in it. Fat doesn't move weights...muscle does! And you sure as hell can NOT flex fat!! But I'm taking in enough for tissue repair and some added lean muscle mass. At 262 I'm definitely not starving!! lol But all foods are clean and healthy. Only a smidge of chocolate every now and then. Just a little!how are you going to do the calories in this natty run?

It's nothing...really. I've got a girl cousin who is married to a guy that's 6'5 and 285 lean pounds. He looks like Lou Ferrigno. He benches 550 lbs.....raw! He also squats with 600 lbs. just up and down and up and down. Like 8 to 10 reps! So what I do seems like nothing to me by comparison. He's a monster!! He's been doing this since he was 13 years old! I started when I was 19 and have had peroids where I didn't lift for a few years in between. Never again though!! I've been back at it for 4 years this time and it's going better than ever compared to in the past. He used to get literally FAT in the off-season. No sense in that. It's just unhealthy. And health should be our number 1 priority. How's your training going now, hman? Are you already back in the groove? Keep up the hard work bro. I start my injectable run in October. It's gonna be Test TNE (test, no ester) and Tren Ace, with an oral D-Bol front-load. I'll keep the tren dosage low (50 mg. ED) because it's my first injectable cycle. Some people will obviously disagree with me using it altogether, but even though it will may be my first injectable cycle, it's by no means my first steroid cycle!! I am definately back in the swing of things, and thanks for asking. i am going to start a short epi cycle and then start my test cycle soon after that. i might just get the test and start it whenever i get it. I think that you`ll became a huge monster with tren bro, when a guy respond well to orals probably will have a much greater response with injectables.I got a new toy for my home gym. I got me an exercise bike. It has the rowing handles to work arms along with the legs. I already wore it out this morning too. Turned up the tension and gave it Hela!! It will provide some variety to my cardio routine. That sadistic rowing machine was getting old!! lol I'll rotate the 2 exercises from now on. Everything is going great guns so far. I hate to give a lot of unfounded credit to a couple of natty test-boosters, but the combo of the Animal Stak2 and the Alpha Drive seem to be driving my libido crazy!! Or I'm just recovering from the suppression right about now. Which ever!! I'll take it!! Strength is actually increasing now. I think it's me adjusting to the fairly new DC/Thundergod training routine that I started a month ago. I'm excited to say the least. I may just extend this little natty run a few extra weeks to pass the time as I wait for October's injectable cycle!! I don't have time for anything in between them anyhow. :lol:
