Nah they all left and went to a bar up the street got more people from there to come back and watch and then around 4am once I was to tired to go anymore we all went back to my house for some ah, mm well wake up dust lol....and then proceeded to party for the next few days. O' and I used EVEVRY ONE of that chicks orafices via her command and I'm not shttin you I'm pretty well hung so that chick must have been a porn star or something no lie. The best part was she gave me her # and was like "if you don't call me I'll be so sad" (goddamn right bitxh you never had anybody hit that sht like dis motherfcuka!!) needless to say I never saw her again LMFAO...... Pct Day 5

I'm utilizing DC methods with my own personal variations to achieve the goals I have set before me. I may incorporate a true DC training cycle in the future sometime, but for now it's The Thunderized Version!! :hammer: Let's leap into the abyss!!! LEGS----LEG EXTENSIONS: 120 X 15. I did 11 reps then rest-paused for 12 deep breaths and banged out the other 4 reps. I then did another set @90 X 20 reps in a slow and controlled fashion. MACHINE SQUATS--WIDOWMAKERS!! 315 X 20 reps!!! Ooooh yeah!! I was breathing hard after these muthas! I rested and did a back-off set @210 X 15. STIFF-LEGGED DEADLIFTS: 315 x 8-4-2. DC style pauses. And then 215 X 12. Very slow with an emphasis on the negative portion. ONE-LEGGED STANDING HAMSTRING CURLS: 90 x 14!! I did 10 reps, rest-paused and did the other 4 reps. And then another set @60 X 15. These were done very slowly, strongly emphasizing the negative, and then some partial reps at the end of the set. Set 'em on fire!! SHOULDERS---MACHINE SHOULDER PRESSES: 210 X 8-4-2. DC style rest-pauses. And another set @150 X 14. Very good form on these. CABLE BAR FRONT RAISES: 75 X 12. And another set @60 X 15. CABLE SIDE LATERALS:60 X 14. I did 10 reps and then paused....and hit the other 4 reps. And then another set @45 X 15. Perfect form here. CABLE BENT-OVER REAR LATERALS: 75 X 12. And then 60 X 15. Slow negatives with some partials and a static hold at the end. I must say I really enjoy this DC/Thundergod type of working out!! :thumbsup: Those rest-pauses are perfect to grind out a few more muscle stimulating reps. I'm still not going all-out here either. I'm intentionally holding back just a little so I can start to add weight on these exercises over the next few weeks. It's going to be an awesome PCT!!! :twisted:Time to get busy!!! :head:
