Check out these videos entitled thug workout there are about five, use the scroll bar on the right to play them all.

I have tried some of these exercises and some of them are very difficult and good ideas. Some of these guys are really strong in the videos.

In shape guys but i'll take to hittin the gym vs. going to the schools playground and doing various pull ups. Not to take awayfrom their strength because some of those are hard as hell.

Genetics,or are these videos just people who go the gym,eating correctly just messin about?lol
 
i believe it would take quite a long long long long time to get that big and that defined from those exercises. that seems like endurance things. pushups for example. endurance. not even strength so much.

Though call but the amount of different stuff that they can do with a bar makes me think it is legit. Some of them might be on roids, that has crossed my mind.
