Thoughts on RPN Havoc cycle

This would be my first cycle with any ph, so im just looking for some advice and tweaks i could implement.

Age: 21
Weight: 194/198lb
height. 6ft1

preload
hawthorn berry extract 2 weeks prior - is this 100% needed?

multivits

on
Havoc 20/20/30/30/40 - is 20 to low of a dosage to notice any gains? (30/30/30/40/40)
Liv52 (livercare) or CEL cycle assist?

You can pre load Hawthorne berry for a week if you want but it's not needed with Cycle Assist.
For pct use Nolva at 20/20/20/10, DAA or Pct Assist. If you add stims to pct then Reduce xt starting the second week is a good idea as stims can cause an increase in cortisol levels
 
Up your havoc dose to 30/40/40/40/40/50. Make it worth the liver stress and time on cycle.
Also 6 weeks.

True. But it's good to have enough jic you want to up the dose. If your getting results at 40 no reason to go up but of you don't have sides id play around with 50.
My next cycle I'm starting at 40 and upping to 50 plus. After a few weeks.

I'll run it for 6 weeks since I have enough and everything ready to go but i dont think ill dose it at 50 with it being my first cycle, but ill wait and see how everything goes and see what sides i get etc
