I am doing IF for a minimum of 16 hours. I need to loose about 20-30lbs of fat and I've been out of the gym for awhile so I also need to get my strength gains back up. Below is what I plan to use as my Fat loss stack, especially trying to curve the cravings before bedtime.
I take Adderall and drink coffee so I'm hesitant to take a stimulant in the morning, but I could stop drinking my coffee and add a stimulant fat burning if I did what would be a good option? Thank you!
Morning 7AM: (What would be an alternative to thermo scorch that is a stimulant, that would work well with this stack?)

Afternoon 30 Mins Before Workout 1-2PM:
I'm trying decided between Recomp20 OR Follidrone 2.0, I am leaning towards follidrone though.
Night time 4PM: I start eating at 5PM
